Abstract: Provided is a (meth)acrylic ester copolymer (B) having a reactive silicon group represented by the following formula (1): —SiR5cX3-c (1). R5 is a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, X is a hydroxy group or a hydrolyzable group, and c is 0 or 1. A monomer component of the copolymer includes a (meth)acrylic ester (b1), a (meth)acrylic ester polymer (b2) having more than one (meth)acryloyl groups per molecule, and a chain transfer agent (b3) having a mercapto group. The monomer component further includes a monomer (b4) having a reactive silicon group and a polymerizable unsaturated group, and/or the chain transfer agent (b3) having a mercapto group further has a reactive silicon group.

Abstract: Provided is a curable composition having low viscosity and good workability before curing, and affording a cured product having high strength. The above-mentioned problem can be solved by using a curable composition containing organic polymer (A) having a reactive silicon group and (meth)acrylate-based polymer (B) having a trifunctional reactive silicon group, and having a reactive silicon group equivalent of not less than 0.30 mmol/g, wherein monomer (b1) having a glass transition temperature of a homopolymer of not more than 80° C. is contained as a monomer constituting polymer (B) in a proportion of not less than 40 wt % per 100 wt % of the total monomer unit.

Polyoxyalkylene (A) has an average molecular weight of 13,000 or higher and 100,000 or lower, a reactive-silicon-containing-group equivalent Eqa of 0.010 mmol/g or more and 0.29 mmol/g or less, and contains more than one silicon-containing group per molecule and polyoxyalkylene (B). Polyoxyalkylene (B) has an average molecular weight of 3,000 or higher and 25,000 or lower, a reactive-silicon-containing group only at one end, and a reactive-silicon-containing-group equivalent Eqb of 0.03 mmol/g or more and 0.58 mmol/g or less.
