    Abstract: In some examples, a therapy unit for treating a tissue site may include an enclosure, a multi-function mount, and a pump. The enclosure may include at least one pneumatic conduit. The multi-function mount may be coupled within the enclosure and may include at least one pneumatic seal integrally formed as part of the multi-function mount and configured to provide a pneumatic seal relative to the at least one pneumatic conduit. The pump may be carried by the multi-function mount. Also provided are other apparatuses, systems, and methods suitable for treating a tissue site.

    Abstract: In some examples, a dressing filler for treating a tissue site may include a plurality of filler elements and a tissue interface layer. Each of the filler elements may include a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface and separated from the first surface by a thickness. The tissue interface layer may include a first side configured to be positioned facing the tissue site and a second side positioned opposite the first side. The first surface of each of the filler elements may be coupled to the second side of the tissue interface layer.     Abstract: A wound dressing includes a patient interface layer, a wicking layer, an absorbent layer, and a cover layer. The patient interface layer is configured to engage a wound bed and has a first side and a second side, the second side configured to face the wound bed. The wicking layer, absorbent layer, and cover layer all also have a first side and a second side. A perimeter of the first side of the wicking layer is adhered to the second side of the cover layer, forming an adhesive border surrounding the wicking layer and the absorbent layer, and the wicking layer is configured to peripherally wick perspiration from underneath the adhesive border towards the center of the wicking layer and upwards towards the absorbent layer.

    Abstract: A dressing for treating a tissue site, which may comprise a tissue interface and a cover comprising an expansion zone configured to be disposed over the tissue interface. The tissue interface may comprise a tissue contact layer having a treatment aperture in some examples. In more particular examples, the cover may be coupled to the tissue contact layer to form an expansion chamber between the expansion zone and the tissue contact layer. The cover may also comprise a base coupled to the tissue contact layer in some examples. Additionally, the tissue interface may further comprise an absorbent disposed within the expansion chamber in some embodiments. In some examples, the absorbent may be a manifold.
