摘要: The present invention relates to a membrane humidifier for a fuel cell capable of simplifying a fuel cell system and miniaturizing the fuel cell system by performing humidification by moisture exchange and cooling by heat exchange in one membrane humidifier, and a fuel cell system comprising same. The membrane humidifier for a fuel cell of the present invention comprises both a humidification module and a heat exchange module in a housing part, and distributes a first fluid to the humidification module and the heat exchange module at a variable distribution ratio.

摘要: Disclosed is a hollow fiber membrane module. The hollow fiber membrane module includes a housing including a first fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet, a second fluid inlet and a second fluid outlet, and hollow fiber membrane bundles, each hollow fiber membrane bundle including a plurality of hollow fiber membranes, disposed within the housing so that a first fluid flows inside the hollow fiber membranes and a second fluid flows outside the hollow fiber membranes, and each hollow fiber membrane bundle further includes porous tubes having both ends closed and including a plurality of pores formed on the side surfaces thereof. The hollow fiber membrane module removes a region, into which a fluid flowing outside a hollow fiber membrane bundle has difficulty in permeating, thus allowing the fluid to uniformly flow. Therefore, even if hollow flow membranes are highly integrated, performance of the hollow fiber membrane module may be maximized.

摘要: The present invention relates to a fuel cell membrane humidifier, which improves binding force between a potting part and an inner case, and thus can maintain the binding force even if a fuel cell is repeatedly operated and stopped. A fuel cell membrane humidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a humidification module for humidifying air, supplied from the outside, with the moisture of exhaust gas discharged from a fuel cell stack; and caps, which are each coupled to the both ends of the humidification module. The humidification module comprises at least one cartridge comprising: an inner case; a plurality of hollow fiber membranes placed inside the inner case; and a potting part which fixes the ends of the plurality of hollow fiber membranes, and which is filled in and coupled to the end part of the inner case.

摘要: The present invention relates to a composite hollow fiber membrane, a manufacturing method therefor, a hollow fiber membrane cartridge including same, and a fuel cell membrane humidifier, the composite hollow fiber membrane comprising a hollow fiber membrane and a contaminant collection layer coated on the inner surface of the hollow fiber membrane. The composite hollow fiber membrane can prevent performance deterioration of a fuel cell by removing, without a separate gas filtering device, contaminants such as nitrogen oxide (NOx), sulfur oxide (SOx), and ammonia (NH3) during a humidifying process.

摘要: A humidifier for a fuel cell is provided and includes a housing having, at a first side, a moist air supply port through which moist air is supplied from a fuel cell stack and having, at a second side, a moist air discharge port. A humidifying membrane is disposed in the housing and allows dry air to flow along the inside of the humidifying membrane. A bypass flow path is formed in the housing to allow a part of the moist air supplied to the moist air supply port to continuously flow to the moist air discharge port without passing through the humidifying membrane, thereby adjusting the amount of humidification and a differential pressure of the humidifier based on an operating condition of a fuel cell.

摘要: A fluid exchange membrane module includes a case including at least two pairs of fluid inlets and fluid outlets, and a fluid exchange membrane installed within the case and disposed so that a dry fluid flowing between one pair of a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet does not directly contact a high-humidity fluid flowing between another pair of a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet in the operating state of the module. The fluid inlet for the high-humidity fluid includes a diffuser. The fluid exchange membrane module may adiabatically expand a fluid flowing toward one side of a fluid exchange membrane and thus increase the relative humidity of the high-temperature and high-humidity fluid so as to maximize fluid transmission through the fluid exchange membrane, and may decrease the pressure of the fluid so as to uniform pressure distribution of a fluid flow.
