摘要: The invention relates to a construction arrangement of an elevator, comprising a hoistway in a building, the hoistway comprising a hoistway opening, the opening delimited by lower and upper edge structures; a load in the hoistway lower than said opening; a hoisting arrangement for hoisting said load, said hoisting arrangement comprising a support structure higher than said load; a hoisting device; and flexible tension member connected to said load; the flexible tension member being movable with said hoisting device to hoist the load by a hoisting force. Said support structure comprises an anchoring beam structure comprising a lower end engaging the lower edge structure, and an upper end engaging the upper edge structure; and a support beam structure connected to the anchoring beam structure, protruding from the anchoring beam structure into the hoistway; said flexible tension member hanging in the hoistway supported by the support beam structure.

摘要: The invention relates to a construction arrangement of an elevator comprising a hoistway; a protection deck mounted inside the hoistway for protecting the portion of the hoistway below it from falling objects; wherein the protection deck comprises a cover extending across the hoistway covering the hoistway such that it blocks objects from falling into the hoistway below it; and a frame mounted on stationary structures of the hoistway; and a hoisting apparatus for hoisting construction material below the protective deck. The hoisting apparatus is supported by the protective deck, the hoisting apparatus comprising a hoisting machine mounted on protection deck, and a flexible tension member movable with the hoisting machine.

摘要: The arrangement comprises a self-climbing installation platform comprising two consecutive decks, a machine room deck suspended from the installation platform and an elevator car suspended from the machine room deck. Each deck, the machine room deck and the car are supported movably with guide means on guide rails and locked and unlocked with locking means to the guide rails and/or to guide rail fixing means. Lifting means powered by a power source move the two decks in relation to each other. The installation platform climbs stepwise along the guide rails by alternatingly locking and unlocking the lower deck and the upper deck to the guide rails and/or to the guide rail fixing means and thereafter raising the unlocked deck.

摘要: The invention relates to a movable machine room comprising a support platform of a hoisting machine, the support platform comprising one or more releasable mounting mechanisms for releasably mounting the moveable machine room in a hoistway, and a hoisting machine mounted on the support platform; a working platform on top of the support platform, preferably forming a roof of the moveable machine room and/or comprising handrails; and at least one support structure supported by which the working platform rests on the support platform; and wherein each said support structure is selectively actuatable to expand in vertical direction for hoisting the working platform higher above the support platform taking reaction force from the support platform, or to contract in vertical direction for lowering the working platform back towards the support platform. The invention relates to an arrangement and a method implementing the movable machine room.

摘要: A self-climbing installation platform includes two decks including an upper deck and a lower deck. Each deck includes a guide element configured to support the deck movably on guide rails. Each deck includes a locking element configured to lock and unlock the deck to the guide rails and/or to guide rail fixing elements. The installation platform includes a lifting element configured to move the two decks along the guide rails in relation to each other, and at least one power source configured to provide power to the lifting element. The installation platform is configured to climb stepwise along the guide rails based on alternatingly locking and unlocking the lower deck and the upper deck to the guide rails and/or to the guide rail fixing elements with separate, respective locking elements and raising an unlocked deck with the lifting element.
