Abstract: A system is provided for assisting the development of an adult-child attachment relationship. One or more child physiological or behavioral signals are sensed for the adult and the child. An adult-child activity is chosen by the system and an association between the adult and child signals is analyzed so as to estimate a level of synchrony between the adult and child associated with the selected adult-child activity.
