Abstract: Provided are a textile-reinforced concrete road paving apparatus and a method of repairing concrete road pavement using the same. The textile-reinforced concrete road paving apparatus can minimize use of construction equipment by using the textile-reinforced concrete road paving apparatus integrally formed to consecutively cut concrete, dispose a reinforcement material, and construct a repaired cross section so as to reduce a construction period, thereby remarkably reducing construction costs. Further, a textile grid reinforcement material, which is a noncorroding reinforcement material, is applied to form the repaired cross section of the concrete road pavement so as to prevent concrete from being detached due to corrosion. Further, a textile reinforced grid is precisely disposed at a required position, and thus the thicknesses of the primary and secondary concrete pavement are precisely adjusted, and thus construction precision can be increased.

Abstract: Reinforcing panel having high durability, high strength, and high hardness is applied such that a concrete structure may be repaired to have excellent resistance to an external environment and to be structurally excellent. In comparison to existing bonding methods, a concrete structure and a reinforcing panel may be completely attached to each other as a whole using a repairing material with high fluidity as a cement-based material injected into a repair cross section. Part with microcracks is completely filled with repairing cement mortar injected at high pressure. Since reinforcing panel is precast-fabricated in a factory, embossing, intaglio, color, and the like may be easily added to an external surface of the reinforcing panel and an excellent exterior may be provided after repair due to an aesthetic cross section thereof The reinforcing panel fabricated in a factory is applied as to reduce labor costs and construction costs.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a concrete structure strengthened using a grid reinforcement material and non-shrink grout and a method of strengthening the same in which, when strengthening a concrete structure such as a concrete slab or a concrete wall body that is damaged or deteriorated, a grid reinforcement material is mounted on one side of the concrete structure, a formwork is formed on an outer side of the grid reinforcement material to have a required gap, and then the gap is filled with non-shrink grout so that the non-shrink grout is cured therein to strengthen the old concrete structure, thereby being able to automatically fill and repair cracks formed in the concrete structure just by injecting the non-shrink grout without separately performing crack repair on the old concrete structure. Also, the grid reinforcement material may be easily fixed or mounted using a grid fixing device and may be easily applied to strengthening of a concrete structure having a curved surface as well as a concrete structure having a flat surface such as a concrete slab or a concrete wall body. In addition, reinforcing bars may be additionally arranged in a gap between a surface of the concrete structure and the grid reinforcement material so that the grid reinforcement material increases a cover thickness, and thus the concrete structure is remarkably strengthened.
