Abstract: A method for production of ammonium phosphate from phosphate rock slurry. The method includes: introducing flue gas containing SO2 into a phosphate rock slurry, to yield an absorption solution; evaporating waste ammonia water containing 10-20 wt. % ammonia to yield ammonia gas; introducing the ammonia gas into the absorption solution at a temperature of 110-135° C. until a neutralization degree of the absorption solution reaches 1.5-1.6, thus yielding an ammonium phosphate solution and calcium sulfate; separating the calcium sulfate from the ammonium phosphate solution; and introducing the ammonium phosphate solution to a granulator for granulation to yield ammonium phosphate granules; drying and sieving the ammonium phosphate granules, thereby yielding ammonium phosphate.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of industrial waste gas purification, in particular to a core-shell structured catalyst, a preparation method and use thereof. The present disclosure provides a core-shell structured catalyst including a metal oxide-molecular sieve as a core and porous silica (SiO2) as a shell, where the metal oxide-molecular sieve includes a molecular sieve and a metal oxide loaded on the molecular sieve, the metal oxide includes an oxide of a first metal and an oxide of a second metal, the first metal is Fe, Cu, Ti, Ni or Mn, and the second metal is Ce or La. The core-shell structured catalyst of the present disclosure can enable effective removal of HCN and AsH3 at the same time with a stable effect, and no secondary pollution.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method of nano-aluminum oxide (nano-Al2O3) with a controllable hydroxyl content, belonging to the technical field of nano-alumina. H2O2 dissolved in water dissociates a large number of hydroxyl radicals. In the present disclosure, a resulting H2O2 solution is used as a solvent for precipitation; during the precipitation, a soluble aluminum salt and a pore-enlarging agent are reacted to generate a precipitate under alkaline conditions, and the hydroxyl radicals are distributed on a surface of the precipitate. During drying, the hydroxyl radicals are converted into bound water and distributed on a surface and in pores of an aluminum hydroxide precursor; during roasting, the bound water is destroyed to form hydroxyl. The hydroxyl content of the nano-Al2O3 can be regulated by controlling a concentration of the H2O2 solution, and the nano-Al2O3 has the hydroxyl content positively correlated with the concentration of the H2O2 solution.

Abstract: A gas-solid separating method and a gas-solid separating system for simple substance sulphur in sulphur-containing exhaust are provided. The gas-solid separating method for simple substance sulphur in sulphur-containing exhaust comprises the following steps: first, cooling sulphur-containing exhaust at an extremely high speed; then, separating dust; finally, recycling a heavy liquid phase solvent and simple substance sulphur. The system comprises a quick cooling system, a low-temperature washing and purifying system, a light liquid phase and heavy liquid phase separating system, a washing liquid recycling system and a simple substance sulphur recycling system.
