Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method of nano-aluminum oxide (nano-Al2O3) with a controllable hydroxyl content, belonging to the technical field of nano-alumina. H2O2 dissolved in water dissociates a large number of hydroxyl radicals. In the present disclosure, a resulting H2O2 solution is used as a solvent for precipitation; during the precipitation, a soluble aluminum salt and a pore-enlarging agent are reacted to generate a precipitate under alkaline conditions, and the hydroxyl radicals are distributed on a surface of the precipitate. During drying, the hydroxyl radicals are converted into bound water and distributed on a surface and in pores of an aluminum hydroxide precursor; during roasting, the bound water is destroyed to form hydroxyl. The hydroxyl content of the nano-Al2O3 can be regulated by controlling a concentration of the H2O2 solution, and the nano-Al2O3 has the hydroxyl content positively correlated with the concentration of the H2O2 solution.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of the resource treatment of industrial wastes, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a cementing material using smelting industrial waste slag after utilizing the simultaneous removal of SO2 and NOx in flue gas and an application of the cementing material obtained by the same. According to the invention, SO2 and NOx in the flue gas can be treated with the smelting industrial waste slag, meeting requirement of flue gas desulfurization and denitration; moreover, the smelting industrial waste slag can be purified and separated by means of waste gas resources to obtain a cementing material, realizing the resource utilization of the smelting industrial waste slag and waste gas.

In the present invention, an organic solvent evaporation induced self-assembly method is used to load Zr—Nd—O onto white carbon black to obtain a mesoporous Zr—Nd—O/white carbon black catalyst. The mesoporous Zr—Nd—O/white carbon black catalyst in the present invention has high catalytic activity, contains uniformly distributed mesopores with a relatively large average aperture, and has a simple preparation process, etc.

The present disclosure provides a core-shell structured catalyst including a metal oxide-molecular sieve as a core and porous silica (SiO2) as a shell, where the metal oxide-molecular sieve includes a molecular sieve and a metal oxide loaded on the molecular sieve, the metal oxide includes an oxide of a first metal and an oxide of a second metal, the first metal is Fe, Cu, Ti, Ni or Mn, and the second metal is Ce or La. The core-shell structured catalyst of the present disclosure can enable effective removal of HCN and AsH3 at the same time with a stable effect, and no secondary pollution.
