Abstract:
A display device includes a display section, a detecting section, and a controller. The controller includes a CPU. The display section displays, under control of the controller, one of a plurality of images for which respective page numbers are set. The detecting section detects a touch point made on the display section. The detecting section detects that a distance between touch points of a multi-touch made on the display section displaying the one image is reduced. The controller determines, based on a result of detection by the detecting section, a transition-target page number from the page numbers set for the respective plurality of images, according to a length by which the distance between the touch points is reduced and causes transition of the one image displayed on the display section to a transition-target image. A page number set for the transition-target page is the transition-target page number.
Abstract:
An image forming apparatus includes a control device and an image forming device. The control device acts as an acquirer, an inclusion decider, a visibility decider, and a form changer. The acquirer acquires user language information. The inclusion decider decides whether the image forming data includes the user's language indicated by the user language information. The visibility decider decides a level of visibility of a portion of the image forming data described in the user's language, according to a predetermined criteria of inappropriateness. The form changer changes a display form of the portion of the image forming data described in the user's language to a different display form, when it is decided that the visibility corresponds to the criteria of inappropriateness. The image forming device forms an image based on the image forming data in the display form changed, on a recording medium.
Abstract:
A display apparatus includes a display device, a detection device, and a control device that acts as a controller. The controller displays a predetermined image on the display device, calculates, upon detecting a loop and a user's eye inside the loop through the detection device, a relative size of the user's eye with respect to the loop, as a reference size, causes the display device, upon detecting through the detection device that the relative size has changed to a size larger than the reference size, to enlarge the predetermined image, in proportion to a difference between the relative size and the reference size, and causes the display device, upon detecting through the detection device that the relative size has changed to a size smaller than the reference size, to reduce the predetermined image, in proportion to a difference between the relative size and the reference size.
Abstract:
An image forming apparatus includes: a rotation mechanism capable of rotating a rectangular display device between a landscape orientation with longer sides being top and bottom and a portrait orientation with shorter sides being top and bottom; a detection sensor that detects switching of the display device between the landscape orientation and the portrait orientation; and a controller that, upon detection of switching of the display device from the landscape orientation to the portrait orientation by the detection sensor, enlarges a preview display area and allows a preview to be displayed in a size enlarged to fit the enlarged preview display area and displayed to make top and bottom edges of the preview parallel to the shorter sides of the display device.
Abstract:
A job control device includes a display, a storage circuit, an execution circuit, a status display, a cancel circuit, a recovery display, and a recovery control circuit. The execution circuit performs a job. The recovery display displays a second operation screen on the display. The second operation screen includes a selection display field and a second input portion. The selection display field selectably displays the cancel jobs stored in the storage circuit. The second input portion is configured to receive a recovery instruction for performing the cancel job selected in the selection display field again. The recovery control circuit causes the execution circuit to perform the cancel job corresponding to the recovery instruction when the recovery instruction is input.
