Abstract:
A liquid container includes a pack main body and a covering body. The covering body covers a part of the pack main body and is more hardly deformable than the pack main body. The pack main body includes a trunk part, a pair of sealing parts and a spout. The trunk part is formed into a rectangular cylindrical shape in a state where the ink is stored. The pair of sealing parts seal both ends of the trunk part. At least one of the sealing parts is formed into a gabled roof shape having a pair of flat portions facing each other in the thickness direction and a pair of gable portions facing each other in a width direction. The covering body includes a pair of covering flat plates covering at least a part of the pair of flat portions.
Abstract:
A recording head of the present disclosure includes an ink ejection surface where a plurality of ink ejection ports for ejecting ink onto a recording medium are disposed. A plurality of cleaning liquid supply ports for supplying a cleaning liquid are disposed on an upstream side with respect to the ink ejection ports in a wiping direction which is a direction in which a wiper wipes the ink ejection surface. The plurality of cleaning liquid supply ports each have a chamfer portion formed at a portion thereof that intersects a surface to be wiped by the wiper, the chamfer portion being R-shaped in section.
Abstract:
An inkjet image forming apparatus includes an ink container and a container installed part. The ink container is configured to store an ink. To the container installed part, the ink container is attached/detached along an installing direction. The ink container includes a container case and a shutter. The container case has a lower face to which a supplying port discharging the ink is located. The shutter is located to leave a space from the supplying port and switchable between a closing state covering a bottom of the supplying port and an opening state exposing the supplying port.
Abstract:
A liquid leakage detection device includes a first absorption layer, a second absorption layer, and a pair of terminals. The first absorption layer absorbs liquid. The second absorption layer is stacked on the first absorption layer, and absorbs the liquid. The pair of terminals are in contact only with the second absorption layer.
Abstract:
A toner case includes a case main body, a shutter mount and a shutter. The case main body contains a toner to be replenished to a development device provided in an apparatus main body and is detachably attached to the apparatus main body. The case main body has an opened face on which a discharge port is arranged and the discharge port corresponds to a replenishment port of the development device in a state where the case main body is attached to the apparatus main body. The shutter mount is provided to form a gap between the opened face of the case main body and the shutter mount. The shutter is provided between the opened face of the case main body and the shutter mount to be slidable to open and close the discharge port. The shutter mount includes a film which comes into sliding contact with the shutter.
Abstract:
An image forming apparatus has a developer container removably connected thereto, a developer feeding mechanism, a drive mechanism, and a torque limiter. The developer container includes a cylindrical container body having a developer discharge port, and a shutter fitted to be rotatable to open and close the developer discharge port. When the drive mechanism rotates the developer container in the developer feeding direction, while the torque limiter keeps the shutter stationary, the container body rotates through a predetermined angle to open the developer discharge port, and as the developer container continues to be rotated, the developer is fed through the developer discharge port. When the developer container is rotated in the direction reverse to the developer feeding direction, while the torque limiter keeps the shutter stationary, the container body rotates through a predetermined angle in the reverse direction to close the developer discharge port.
Abstract:
An ink container includes an ink pack filled with an ink and a container case housing the ink pack. The container case includes an upper plate and a lower plate respectively covering the ink pack, one side plate provided between side parts of the upper plate and the lower plate, and two hinges coupling the upper plate and the lower plate with the side plate. The upper plate, the lower plate, the side plate and the hinges are integrally molded. The upper plate, the lower plate and the side plate are bent by the hinges so as to be thereby assembled as the container case including a housing configured to house the ink pack at a center. One ends of the upper plate and the lower plate constitute a grip and other ends of the upper plate and the lower plate constitutes an aperture.
Abstract:
A liquid storage (52) of the present invention includes a liquid storing part (55) storing liquid and a spout (56) having a flow path (56a) opened/closed according to relative attaching and detaching of a connected subject (33) being a flow destination of the liquid stored in the liquid storing part (55), and the spout (56) includes a contact face (75) having an opening part (72a) opened so as to lead to the flow path (56a), with which the connected subject (33) comes into contact when attaching the connected subject (33), and a liquid groove (76) recessed in the contact face (75) to guide and hold the liquid adhered onto the opening part (72a) when detaching the connected subject (33).
Abstract:
An ink container includes a liquid storing container and a container case. The liquid storing container is filled with an ink and provided with a spout discharging the ink at one end side. The container case contains the liquid storing container and fixes one end of the liquid storing container. The ink storing container contracts and lengthens in forward and backward directions in accordance with reduction in the ink from a state where the ink is filled inside. The container case includes a first housing part and a second housing part. The first housing part houses the liquid storing container in an ink filled state. The second housing part has the height dimension smaller than the height dimension of the first housing part and houses a lengthened amount of the liquid storing container at another end side of the first housing part depending on the reduction in the ink.
Abstract:
A toner case includes a case main body, a second rotator and a case side joint. The case main body contains a toner supplied to a development device which includes a first rotator. The second rotator is disposed inside the case main body. The case side joint couples the second rotator to the first rotator. The case main body includes a case having a case side bonded area and a lid having a lid side bonded area. The lid has a lid main body, a rotator storage and a joint storage. The lid main body includes a circumferential edge around which the lid side bonded area is formed. The rotator storage extends inside the circumferential edge and stores the second rotator. The joint storage is connected to the rotator storage and formed so as to avoid the lid side bonded area. The joint storage stores the case side joint.
