    Abstract: An image forming apparatus, with a document cover open and in addition with no document placed on a contact glass, without performing printing operation, performs first test reading where the contact glass is read without a light source being turned on; thereafter, performs the printing operation, and performs second test reading where the contact glass is read without the light source being turned on. The image forming apparatus checks a flicker level based on a first comparison value calculated based on image data acquired in the first test reading and a second comparison value calculated based on image data acquired in the second test reading.

    Abstract: Provided is an electronic equipment which can effectively reduce unexpected unnecessary radiation. In the electronic equipment, a circuit board on which a noise source that is an electronic part becoming a source of the unnecessary radiation is mounted and a circuit board mounting plate on which the circuit board is mounted are disposed substantially parallel with a space put therebetween. In the electronic equipment, a partition plate is disposed, which functions as a noise reflecting surface on which an indirect wave emitted from the noise source towards the circuit board mounting plate is reflected. Further, an indirect wave dispersing member is disposed between the circuit board and the circuit board mounting plate so as to block spacing between the noise source and the partition plate.

    Abstract: An image forming apparatus (10) includes a display device (21), a controller (28), a storage device (26), and an operation device (22). The controller (28) executes a job. In the storage device (26), setting information of the job is stored, each time the controller (28) executes the job, in association with date and time of execution of the job, as job history. The controller (28) determines a search period according to date and time of operation performed by a user, and retrieves the job setting information the date and time of execution of which is included in the search period, from the job history stored in the storage device (26). The controller (28) causes the display device (21) to display the job setting information retrieved. The operation device (22) receives an execution instruction of a job to which the job setting information displayed on the display device (21) is applied, from the user. The controller (28) further executes the job according to the execution instruction received by the operation device (22), by applying the job setting information to the job.

    Abstract: An image forming system includes a recording processing portion, an acquirement processing portion, and an output processing portion. The recording processing portion records a consumed amount of a consumable consumed by an image forming apparatus per predetermined unit time. The acquirement processing portion acquires prediction data that indicates a predicted consumed amount of the consumable per the unit time for a time period from a predetermined standard time, based on a comparison result between: a first record result corresponding to a first time period extending to a reference time; and a second record result corresponding to a predetermined second time period extending to the standard time, among a record result recorded by the recording processing portion, the reference time being a predetermined specific time period earlier than the standard time. The output processing portion outputs the prediction data acquired by the acquirement processing portion.

    Abstract: A post processing apparatus includes a first sheet stacking portion, a stapling portion, a driving portion, and an airflow generating portion. The first sheet stacking portion stacks the sheets conveyed from an image forming apparatus that forms images on the sheets. The stapling portion is provided below a sheet conveying path leading to the first sheet stacking portion so as to be able to move along a width direction of the sheet orthogonal to a conveying direction of the sheet, and is configured to bundle sheets stacked on the first sheet stacking portion. The driving portion generates a driving force that moves the stapling portion according to the power supply. The airflow generating portion generates an airflow that flows into a movement space of the stapling portion via the driving portion.
