摘要: In a liquid treatment apparatus, a discharge electrode (31) and an ejector (32) are arranged face to face with each other. An electric power supply (33) establishes an electric potential difference between the discharge electrode (31) and the ejector (32). As a result, a streamer discharge occurs from the discharge electrode (31) towards liquid droplets (32a) emitted from the ejector (32). Active species produced in association with the generation of the streamer discharge are absorbed in the liquid droplets (32a), whereby the treatment target water (32a) is sterilized and purified.

摘要: A dust collector includes a charging part (12) for charging dust with electricity and a dust collecting part (30). Each of a dust collecting electrode (40) and a high-voltage electrode (50) that constitute the dust collecting part (30) includes: a base (41, 51) with a rectangular grid structure having a large number of vent holes (46, 56) formed therein; and projections (42, 52) extending into the vent holes (56, 46) of the opposed electrode (50, 40). The dust collector collects dust by generating an electric field between the dust collecting electrode (40) and the high-voltage electrode (50).

摘要: There is provided a granular particulate ejector configured to eject granular particulates (a liquid droplet ejector (24) configured to spray liquid droplets (22)). Granular particulates (liquid droplets (22)) ejected towards a discharge electrode (21) from the granular particulate ejector (the liquid droplet ejector (24)) serve as a counter electrode (22).
