Abstract:
An activation control apparatus stores first association information that associates, for each application, application identification information for identifying an application with terminal identification information for identifying a communication terminal permitted to debug the application. When a first communication terminal is provided with a debugger, the activation control apparatus determines whether any candidate application available for use by the first communication terminal is associated with terminal identification information of the first communication terminal using the first association information, and excludes from the candidate applications one or more applications that are not associated with the terminal identification information of the first communication terminal to generate an application list of one or more applications that can be activated. When the first communication terminal is not provided with a debugger, the activation control apparatus generates the application list that includes all of the one or more candidate applications as applications that can be activated.
Abstract:
An access control device for controlling an access by a communication terminal to an application includes an authentication method management means configured to manage each of the application in association with authentication information, which indicates an effective authentication method effective for authenticating an access request source of an access request to access the application, an authenticating means configured to authenticate the access request source using a usable authentication method, which can be used in the communication terminal, based on the access request, an access request receiving means configured to receive the access request to access an intended application from the communication terminal, and an access control means configured to control the communication terminal so that the communication terminal does not access the intended application in a case where the authentication method management means does not manage the authentication information, which indicates the authentication method used for the authentication.
Abstract:
The reservation communication information is generated based on terminal identification information for identifying a transmission terminal that is currently participating in a session based on reservation of communication, which at least indicates whether a counterpart transmission terminal that is scheduled to participate in the session based on the reservation of communication is currently participating in the session based on the reservation of communication. The reservation communication information may be output for display at a request transmission terminal that may request to start communication with the counterpart transmission terminal based on the reservation of communication.
Abstract:
A workflow management system capable of directly capturing image information transmitted by a facsimile machine is disclosed. The workflow management system includes an object identifying unit identifying an object to be associated with image information received by a facsimile machine, the object being defined in the workflow management system; and a related document registering unit associating the image information with the identified object, and registering the image information associated with the identified object.
Abstract:
A transmission management system obtains, in response to a communication start request for starting communication between a first transmission terminal and a second transmission terminal, first reservation identification information for identifying communication reserved for the first transmission terminal and second reservation identification information for identifying communication reserved for the second transmission terminal, and determines whether to accept or reject the communication start request based on a match between the first reservation identification information and the second reservation identification information.
Abstract:
A transmission system is accessible to association information that associates, for each one of one or more sessions, terminal identification information for identifying each one of a plurality of transmission terminals that are currently participating in the session, with reservation identification information for identifying reservation of communication on which the session is based. The transmission system obtains reservation identification information associated with the counterpart transmission terminal using the association information and counterpart terminal identification information. The transmission system determines whether reservation identification information associated with the request transmission terminal matches the reservation identification information associated with the counterpart transmission terminal to generate a determination result. Based on the determination result, a request for starting communication with the counterpart transmission terminal is accepted or rejected.
Abstract:
An apparatus, system, and method of managing data transmission are provided, each of which is capable of generating reservation information regarding communication reserved for at least one of a first transmission terminal and a second transmission terminal, in response to a communication start request that requests to start communication between the first transmission terminal and the second transmission terminal. The reservation information is generated, for example, based on first time information indicating the time at which communication reserved for the first transmission terminal is scheduled to start, and second time information indicating the time at which communication reserved for the second transmission terminal is scheduled to start. The reservation information is transmitted to the first transmission terminal. The data transmission management method may be implemented in the form of a program stored in a non-transitory recording medium.
Abstract:
A management system manages access from a communication terminal to an application and includes a receiving unit, an identification unit, and a transmitting unit. The receiving unit receives model information indicating a model of the communication terminal and application information indicating an application that are transmitted from the communication terminal. The identification unit identifies a function that is matched with a function capable of being provided by the application identified based on the application information received by the receiving unit out of functions available in the communication terminal identified based on the model information received by the receiving unit. The transmitting unit transmits, to the communication terminal, approval information indicating that use of the function corresponding to the function identified by the identification unit is approved and access destination information indicating an access destination to access the application corresponding to the application information received by the receiving unit.
Abstract:
A transmission management system includes a destination name data managing unit which manages a plurality of destination name data items which indicate a plurality of names of a destination in communications between transmission terminals, a destination name data reading unit which reads a destination name data item from the plurality of destination name data items managed by the destination name data managing unit, and a destination name data transmitting unit which transmits the destination name data item read by the destination name data reading unit to a transmission terminal capable of communicating with the destination.
Abstract:
A disclosed workflow management system is capable of dynamically constructing a model while executing a workflow. The workflow management system includes a task page management unit that manages a task page corresponding to a task or a task model of a workflow independently from a workflow engine; an attachment folder management unit that manages an attachment folder of the task page independently from the workflow engine; a registering unit that generates index information of an attached document of the task of the workflow and the task page and registers the index information into a search database; and a presenting unit that, when displaying the task page, presents related information through a search in the attachment folder and in the search database.
