    摘要: A control device for an electric generator for use with a vehicle engine includes an armature winding (stator) and a field winding (rotor) driven by the vehicle engine. A chopper is provided for controlling the field current of the field winding and a pulse width modulator is provided for controlling the duty cycle of the chopper in response to the operating conditions of the engine. A voltage feedback loop is provided from a normally provided battery which loop incorporates a detector for detecting the actual battery voltage and a comparator for comparing the battery voltage with a predetermined set voltage so that the difference in voltage is rendered to zero. The invention additionally provides a current feedback loop for controlling a deviation between a current command value determining the duty of the chopper and an actual current flowing through the field winding so as to be substantially zero. There is also disclosed means for adaptively modifying the current command signal and means for controlling the current demanded by the field winding to reduce the torque demanded by the generator at times, inter alia, of acceleration and engine knocking.

    摘要: A control device for a battery charging AC generator for a motor vehicle including a power transistor connected in series with a field winding of the AC generator for performing switching control of a current flowing through the field winding. A voltage deviation circuit detects a deviation of the battery voltage from a reference voltage; and a PWM signal generating circuit is responsive to a voltage deviation signal from the voltage deviation circuit for turning the power transister on and off a resistor connected in series with the power transistor detects a current flowing through the field winding; and a current limiting circuit generates a turn off signal for the power transistor when the detected current is determined to have exceeded a reference current. A latch circuit operates in response to a clock signal from the PWM signal generating circuit to limit the frequency of turning on and off of the power transistor to below 1 KHz.

    摘要: A control circuit for controlling supply of current for electric motor has a chopper circuit connected with a battery in series. The chopper circuit is constructed with such as power transistors or power thyristors, and the ON-OFF operation thereof is controlled by a driving pulse. A command signal is produced at a movable tap of a potentiometer, across which a D-C control voltage from the battery is applied. In order to determine the duty and the control frequency of the chopper circuit, a duty controlling oscillator circuit is provided, which generates an output signal on the basis of the command signal from the potentiometer. The duty controlling oscillator circuit includes an integrator composed of an operational amplifier having a negative feedback of a condenser, to the -input terminal of which the command signal is applied. Another operational amplifier having a positive feedback of a resistor operates as a hysteresis comparator, to the +input terminal of which is applied the output from the integrator and to the -one of which a divided reference of the D-C control voltage. In response to the output signal from the hysteresis comparator, a driving pulse generator produces a driving pulse to the chopper circuit.

    摘要: In a control system of an electric motor for driving an electric motor car of the type wherein the current supplied from a pair of batteries to the motor is controlled by a thyristor chopper, the series and parallel connections of the batteries is switched by switching means including a first thyristor connected between the batteries, a second thyristor for interconnecting the positive terminals of the batteries, and a third thyristor for interconnecting the negative terminals of the batteries. The current flowing through a powering thyristor is commutated by a commutation circuit connected across the powering thyristor and including a capacitor, a reactor and a braking thyristor.
