    摘要: Provided is a reactor including a core; and a case housing the coil and the core, the core including an inner core portion arranged inside the coil and an outer core portion partly or entirely covering the outside of the coil, the outer core portion being formed of a mixture of a magnetic material and a resin. The coil is arranged such that the axial direction of the coil is substantially parallel to a bottom surface of the case. The difference in concentration of the magnetic material in the outer core portion in the axial direction of the coil is smaller than the difference in concentration of the magnetic material in the outer core portion in a direction along a side wall of the case. With the reactor, even if the outer core portion covering the outside of the coil is formed of the mixture of the magnetic material and the resin, a desirable inductance value can be easily achieved and the reactor can have good heat radiation performance.

    摘要: A reactor-use component which provides improved workability in assembling into a reactor, and a reactor using the component are provided. The reactor-use component is for structuring a reactor including a coil 10 formed with a pair of paralleled coil elements 10A and 10B made of a spirally wound wire and a core 20 fitted into the coil elements 10A and 10B to form an annular shape. The reactor-use component includes an internal resin portion 30 that retains a shape of the coil 10, and hollow bores 30h formed by a part of the internal resin portion 30 for fitting the core 20 to inner circumferences of the coil elements 10A and 10B. By inserting internal core portions 22 into the hollow bores 30h and joining opposite ends of the internal core portions 22 to exposed core portions 24, the reactor 1 can be obtained. Because the internal resin portion 30 retains the coil 10 in a state incapable of expanding or compressing, the workability in assembling into the reactor 1 can be improved.

The installation face consists of aluminum, the side wall consists of an insulating resin, and the heat dissipation layer consists of an adhesive with high thermal conductivity and excellent insulation. The installation face is separate from the side wall, making it easy to form the heat dissipation layer, and having excellent heat dissipation. The side wall consists of an insulating resin, thus reducing the gap between it and the coil.

    摘要: A compact reactor with excellent productivity and heat dissipation is provided. Reactor 1α includes a coil formed by spirally winding a wire 2w and a magnetic core 3 having an inside core portion inserted into the coil and an outside core portion 32 coupled to the inside core portion. These core portions form a closed magnetic circuit. The coil is covered with an inside resin portion 4 on the outer circumference thereof to form a coil molded unit 20α with its shape being held. The outer circumference of a combination unit 10 of the coil molded unit 20α and the magnetic core 3 is covered with an outside resin portion 5α. Reactor 1α does not have a case and is thus compact. A surface of the outside core portion 32 on the installation side (core installation surface 32d) is exposed form the outside resin portion 5α and is in direct contact with a fixed object, thereby achieving excellent heat dissipation. The provision of the coil molded unit 20α facilitates the handling of the coil during assembly of reactor 1α, thereby achieving good productivity.

    摘要: The present invention provides a reactor with which a sensor for measuring the physical quantity (temperature or the like) of the reactor and an external apparatus can be connected to each other in a stable manner. The reactor 1A of the present invention includes a coil 2, a magnetic core 3 at which the coil 2 is disposed, and a case 4 storing a combined product 10 made up of the coil 2 and the magnetic core 3. The case 4 includes a bottom plate portion and a side wall portion 41 surrounding the combined product 10. The side wall portion 41 is made of an insulating resin. A connector hooking portion 44 on which a connector portion 72, which is coupled via a line 71 to a sensor such as a temperature sensor for measuring the physical quantity of the reactor 1A is hooked is integrally molded with the side wall portion 41 by the resin structuring the side wall portion 41. Allowing the connector portion 72 to be hooked on the connector hooking portion 44 and fixed thereto, the connector portion 72 is held by the case 4 in a stable manner, and with the reactor 1A, the connector portion 72 and the connector portion of an external apparatus can be connected to each other in a stable manner.
