摘要: A method for operating an electrical network comprising a first subnetwork and a second subnetwork that are connected to one another via a transformer and are DC isolated from one another by said transformer, wherein a primary side of the transformer having a first number of turns is assigned to the first subnetwork and a secondary side of the transformer having a second number of turns is assigned to the second subnetwork, wherein the first subnetwork has a multilevel converter having a plurality of single modules, wherein each single module has an electrical energy store, wherein the multilevel converter provides at least one first incoming AC voltage that is modulated with at least one second incoming AC voltage, wherein a voltage resulting therefrom is provided to the transformer and is transformed by the transformer to an outgoing voltage that is provided to the second subnetwork.

摘要: An electric vehicle includes a controller configured to receive sensor feedback from a high voltage storage device and from a low voltage storage device, compare the sensor feedback to operating limits of the respective high and low voltage storage device, determine, based on the comparison a total charging current to the high voltage storage device and to the low voltage storage device and a power split factor of the total charging current to the high voltage device and to the low voltage device, and regulate the total power to the low voltage storage device and the high voltage storage device based on the determination.

摘要: When ignition-on operation is made in first electric power supply processing during external charging, and a post-operation electric energy is not larger than a predetermined electric energy that is an electric energy consumption of a low-voltage device after the ignition-on operation, an automobile continues the first electric power supply processing. In the first electric power supply processing, from between a first DC/DC converter and a second DC/DC converter, only the second DC/DC converter is selected to run to supply electric power to a low-voltage-system electric power line. When the post-operation electric energy exceeds the predetermined electric energy, the automobile makes a switch to second electric power supply processing in which only the first DC/DC converter is selected to run from between the first DC/DC converter and the second DC/DC converter to supply electric power to the low-voltage-system electric power line.

摘要: An intelligent multi-loop thermal management system for and electric vehicle has components including a battery pack, an electric-drive module, an on-board charger a DC/DC converter, a battery radiator, a battery refrigerator, a motor radiator, an electric water pump, an electric oil pump, an expansion tank, a PTC heater, a heat exchanger, an electric compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a receiver drier, and a heater core. The system also includes an electric-drive module having a drive motor and a motor control unit. The components are thermally connected to each other by using a pipeline and a four-way valve, a three-way valve, a straight-through valve, and an electronic expansion valve that are disposed in the pipeline, to form a plurality of loops that separately performs thermal management and control the battery pack, the electric-drive module, and a passenger compartment air conditioner.

摘要: The invention relates to automotive electronic and electrical technology, and in particular, to a multi-functional on-vehicle power converter for electric vehicle as well as an electric vehicle comprising the multi-functional on-vehicle power converter. In the invention, by introducing two independent switches, a rectifying circuit, a filtering circuit, an output EMC circuit and a corresponding control unit (e.g., a CAN communication circuit and a signal collecting circuit, etc.) can be shared among a conductive charging converter, an on-vehicle part of a wireless charging converter and a DC-DC converter, and a convenient and swift switch can be realized among the three operational modes. In addition, since the circuit units are shared, the number of cooling circuits is also reduced, and the occupied space and weight of the on-vehicle power converter are decreased.
