Abstract:
A packing apparatus of the present invention includes an original roll having a packing material sheet that contains a middle portion in a width direction, and a triangular plate having a triangular plane, and oblique sides connecting the base and the vertex, the material sheet is folded in two at the width-direction middle portion by the vertex with a tension applied to the material sheet, to form a bending portion, an overlapped portion containing sides in a width direction, and a triangular open space. Furthermore, the packing apparatus includes a pair of drawing rolls for drawing out the material sheet and, and a fusing and cutting device for fusing and cutting the overlapped portion to consecutively form a packing bag having the bending portion as a bottom and the open space as an insertion aperture for a packed member.
Abstract:
In a press brake relatively moving an upper table (5U) or a lower table (5L) upward and downward by a plurality of hydraulic cylinders (17L and 17R) so as to perform a bending work, the respective hydraulic cylinders (17L, 17R) are driven by individually controlling a pair of left and right two-way. fluid pumps and hydraulic devices (21L, 21R) provided in correspondence to the respective hydraulic cylinders (17L, 17R) The two-way fluid pumps and the respective hydraulic devices (21L, 21R) are mounted to a base plate (23) mounted to cylinder heads (18L, 18R) of the respective hydraulic cylinders (17L, 17R), and an oil tank (27) is provided in an upper side of the hydraulic devices (21L, 21R).
Abstract:
An operation management system for managing the operation of a managed software product. When a management target function is executed, reference is made to a battery value and, if the value is zero or greater, the function is allowed to be executed. The battery value is decremented as the function is executed. A charge value is supplied on a charge disk, such as a floppy disk, to allow the user to increase the battery value and to extend the usage period of the managed software product. The charge value may be supplied over a communication line.

Abstract:
A bending apparatus is provided with a ram start-up device so as to be movable in a lateral direction. A controller moves the ram start-up device to a point in front of positioning points of abutments corresponding to points of selected edges of a workpiece. The bending apparatus includes a foreign object detector that detects the entry of a foreign object into a region of movement of the ram start-up device. A controller prevents the ram start-up device from moving when the entry of the foreign object is detected.
Abstract:
A vertical position of a ram is directly detected by a ram position detector. A first speed arithmetic operating portion determines a first ram moving speed on the basis of a change of the detected position. A second speed arithmetic operating portion determines a second ram moving speed on the basis of a rotational number of a servo motor which is determined by a servo motor rotational number detector. A comparing portion compares the first ram speed with the second ram speed, and when a difference is equal to or more than a predetermined amount, a judging portion judges that an abnormality exists so as to immediately stop the servo motor and stop an operation.
Abstract:
If an instruction to move a ram (5U) is issued, a ram instructed speed is instructed to be suppressed to a certain warming-up speed not higher than a target speed until a release speed determination section (75) determines that a moving speed of the ram (5U) calculated by a ram moving speed calculation section (51) reaches a predetermined warming-up release speed; if the release speed determination section determines that the moving speed of the ram (5U) reaches the predetermined warming-up release speed, the warming-up speed is released to accelerate the ram (5U) to the target speed.

Abstract:
A ram descends due to its own weight and pressure of a rod-side cylinder chamber of a hydraulic cylinder which vertically moves the ram is detected by an oil pressure detector. A determination section detects a position at which a punch attached to the ram contacts an upper surface of a workpiece, based upon a change in the detected pressure. When the upper surface of the workpiece is detected, a plate thickness calculation section calculates a plate thickness of the workpiece based on an upper surface position of a die, that is known in advance and stored in a memory.
