    摘要: A mail sorting system is provided which includes a plurality of mail sorters and coding devices. These mail sorters and coding devices are selectively coupled together by a distributor so that any coding device can be coupled to any mail sorter. When a mail sorter cannot identify the zip code of a particular piece of mail, the unrecognized address image is transferred to one of the coding devices so that the correct address can be input by an operator. An assigning controller is connected to the distributor for determining which coding device should receive the unrecognized address image in accordance with the current mail processing capability of the mail sorters and coding devices in order to maximize the mail handling capability of the mail sorting system.

A catalyst layer (12) is formed at fixed intervals on the surface of the strip-form polymer electrolyte membrane (1) in the lengthwise direction thereof, and conveyance holes (10) are formed in series at fixed intervals on the two side portions thereof. By rotating a conveyance roller (32) comprising on its outer periphery projections which engage with the holes (10), the polymer electrolyte membrane (1) is fed from a reel (9). A GDL (6) and a separator (7) are adhered to the fed polymer electrolyte membrane (1) at a predetermined processing timing based on the rotation speed of the conveyance roller (32), and thus the fuel cell is manufactured efficiently while the GDL (6) and separator (7) are laminated onto the catalyst layer (12) accurately.

    摘要: This invention relates to a manufacturing method for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell which is formed by laminating a first gas diffusion layer (6A) and a first separator (7A) on one surface of a membrane electrode assembly (9), and laminating a second gas diffusion layer (6B) and a second separator (7B) on the other surface of the membrane electrode assembly (9). An adhesive is applied to a surface of the first separator (7A) which contacts the first gas diffusion layer (6A), the adhesive is applied to a surface of the second separator (7B) which contacts the second gas diffusion layer (6B), and the first separator (7A), first gas diffusion layer (6A), membrane electrode assembly (9), second gas diffusion layer (6B), and second separator (7B) are disposed between a pair of pressing jigs (113, 123) so as to be laminated in the described sequence. An integrated fuel cell is obtained by applying heat and compression to the first separator (7A) and second separator (7B) using the pressing jigs (113, 123).
