摘要： A mobile terminal includes: a first body including an operation part; a second body including a display; and a connector which rotatably connects the first body and the second body. The connector is connected to the first body, and rotates with respect to the first body about a first rotating shaft. The connector is connected to a lateral end of the second body, and rotates with respect to the second body about a second rotating shaft orthogonal to the first rotating shaft. A first fitting portion is formed on a connected surface of the connector to be connected with the second body. A second fitting portion which is fitted to the first fitting portion, is formed on the second body. When the second body relatively rotates about the second rotating shaft to overlap the connector on the connected surface, the first fitting portion fits to the second fitting portion.

摘要： An attempt is made to miniaturize and reduce a thickness of a folding type portable terminal.There are provided a turning shaft member 51 having a shaft section 58; a friction member 54; an urging member 55; and a bearing member 52 including an accommodation section 63 for accommodating the friction member 54 and the urging member 55 and an insertion hole 62 which is in mutual communication with the accommodation section 63 and which retains the shaft section 58 in a turnable manner. The urging member 55 urges the friction member 54 when predetermined deflection is imparted to the urging member 55. The urged friction member 54 contacts an outer periphery of the shaft section 58 and also urges the outer periphery of the shaft section 58. The shaft section 58 of the turning shaft member 51 is configured so as to turn while generating sliding friction against the friction member 54 and the bearing member 52.

摘要： There is provided a liquid crystal display capable of decreasing the number of components and easily carrying out an assembly. When a liquid crystal body 13 is to be attached to an opening 12 of a housing 11, the liquid crystal body 13 is supported and attached to the housing 11 by means of a plate portion 16 provided in parallel with the opening 12 through a wall portion 15 on a back side 11a of the housing 11. In this case, a flexible board 14 drawn from an end face of the liquid crystal body 13 is pulled out of an insertion hole 17 provided on the wall portion 15. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide a holding member in the attachment of the liquid crystal body to the housing as in the conventional art. Therefore, it is possible to decrease the number of components and to reduce an attachment man-hour of the holding member.

摘要： A mobile terminal 10 includes a fixing member 20 which fixes a plate shaped member 18 to a case 13 of a casing 12. The fixing member 20 is formed substantially in the shape of a frame including a first member 21 to a fifth member 25 extending along a first side surface 35 to a fourth side surface 38 of the case 13. The first member 21 to the fifth member 25 have sectional forms which are engaged with edge parts 18B of the plate shaped member 18 and engaged with stepped surfaces 46 of the case 13. The fixing member 20 is formed to be deformable so that a dimension L1 of a space between the fourth member 24 and the fifth member 25 may be increased or decreased.

摘要： Provided is a thin and small sliding-type portable terminal which has improved operability. In a portable terminal (100), a first case (110) has an upper surface section (114) which includes an operation surface section (112) whereupon operation keys (112a) are arranged. A second case (130) is provided with a display surface (134), connected to the first case (110) through a slider (154), and is permitted to move from a position where the second case overlaps with the first case on the upper surface section (114) to an exposing position where the operation surface section (112) is exposed to the outside. The slider (154) is attached to the first case (110) such that the slider can freely slide in a linear direction from the position where the slider overlaps with the first case to the exposing position, and the slider rotatably supports the second case (130) along the sliding surface by means of a shaft which orthogonally intersects with the sliding direction. The second case (130) slides along a tilted section (120) of the first case (110) with movement of the slider (154). Thus, an intersection surface of the display surface (134) and the operation surface section (112) has an obtuse angle.
