    摘要: A holding structure for a touch panel has a display panel for configuring a display screen and a touch panel for allowing input operation. The structure has an elastic supporting frame for holding the display panel at an entire peripheral edge and supporting the touch panel in parallel with the display panel. The structure has piezoelectric devices for applying vibration to the touch panel in accordance with the operation of the touch panel. The structure has a casing for holding the display panel and the touch panel by way of the elastic supporting frame and the casing has an opening through which the touch panel is exposed. The elastic supporting frame holds the touch panel at an entire peripheral edge of the touch panel and includes a plurality of touch panel supporting portions for supporting the touch panel at a side edge of a rear surface of the touch panel.

    摘要: A holding structure for a touch pane has a display panel for forming a display screen, a touch panel for allowing an input operation, a piezoelectric device for applying vibration to the touch panel in accordance with the operation of the touch panel, a casing for accommodating the display panel and the touch panel and a protective sheet having a size larger than the touch panel. The casing has an opening through which the touch panel is exposed. The protective sheet is applied to an entire front surface of the touch panel. The protective sheet has a non-bonded portion at a peripheral edge. The non-bonded portion is not bonded partly to at least one of a peripheral edge of the touch panel and a peripheral edge of the opening of the casing.

The flexible substrate is formed to have a size entirely larger than a glass substrate on a rear surface side of the touch panel. The peripheral edge of the flexible substrate is held by a rear surface of a peripheral edge of the opening of the casing and a supporting member fixed to the casing.

In the case of using prescribed transmission rate and N-valued modulation scheme, logical channels to be used for transmission of paging signals among a plurality of available logical channels are determined by setting priority orders among a plurality of available logical channels such that a number of states of modulated signals becomes less than N when paging signal traffic is small.

    摘要: In a radio paging system wherein a user carrying a radio paging receiver is paged by means of radio waves, and the radio paging receiver sends back a response signal when it has received a paging signal addressed to itself, the response signal is sent back by means of direct sequence modulation using a code uniquely determined in accordance with the base station ID signal, which is different for each base station, and which has been inserted in the paging signal sequence transmitted from the base station, or in accordance with the order of each paging signal within the paging signal sequence. As a result, the response signal can be transmitted at low power from each radio paging receiver, and effective utilization can be made of frequency, regardless of an increase in the number of radio pagers.

    摘要: The present invention concerns a relative manipulated variable input device which is capable of controlling the cursor movement in correspondence to the direction and amount of tilt of a control button and controlling the speed of the cursor movement in accordance with the force applied to the control button as well. Output data is generated using relative position data calculated from the difference between a pressed position and a reference position and a contact resistance value r.sub.p. The output data, which represents the direction and amount of tilt of the control button, is output in accordance with the force applied to the control button. The relative position data represents the direction and amount of tilt of the control button and the output data is produced based on the relative data. Hence, the cursor movement can be controlled by the direction and amount of tilt of the control button, and by changing the force exerted on the control button to change the contact resistance value r.sub.p, different output data corresponding to the force exerted on the control button can be provided even if the direction and amount of tilt of the control button are held unchanged.

When a pager with another local area has moved into this paging area and is paged, it is paged using the area identification number of its local area and the address of its receiver.
