摘要: An oil pulse tool includes a motor, an oil pulse unit, an output shaft on which a front end tool is attached, a torque detecting sensor for detecting generation of an impact torque, and an operating portion configured to detect a time period between a first impact torque detected by the torque detecting sensor and a second impact torque detected by the torque detecting sensor. The second impact torque is smaller than the first impact torque. The operating portion carries out a notification when the time period between the first impact torque and the second impact torque is less than a predetermined evaluation value for the time period between the first impact torque and the second impact torque.

摘要: Tightening torque is appropriately managed by a simple means. An electric rotating tool (40) has a brushless DC motor (2), an inverter circuit part (3), and a control circuit part (4). The control circuit part (4) has a current detecting circuit (18), which detects a motor current I, a rotation number detecting circuit (17), which detects the number of rotations of the motor (N), and a computing part (19), which calculates first tightening torque (T1) based on the detection information of the motor current (I) and calculates second tightening torque (T2) based on the number of rotations of the motor (N). The computing part (19) estimates tightening torque Tave based on the estimate value of the first tightening torque (T1) or the second tightening torque (T2). The computing part (19) stops driving the motor (2) when the estimated tightening torque Tave exceeds a set value Tset.

摘要: An electronic pulse driver includes a motor, a hammer, an anvil, an end tool mounting unit, a power supply unit, and a control unit. The hammer is rotationally driven in forward and reverse directions by the motor. The anvil is rotated upon striking the hammer against the anvil as a result of a rotation of the hammer in the forward direction after rotation of the hammer in the reverse direction for obtaining a distance for acceleration in the forward direction. The power supply unit alternately supplies to the motor a forward electric power and a reverse electric power in a first cycle. The control unit controls the power supply unit to alternately supplies the forward electric power and the reverse electric power in a second cycle shorter than the first cycle when an electric current flowing to the motor increases to a prescribed value.

The motor control unit subjects the electric motor to low speed control after the electric motor is started up, and controls the speed of the electric motor in response to the extent of pulling of the switch trigger when the load current of the electric motor is set value or greater during the low speed control.

摘要: According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rotary striking tool, including: a motor; an impact unit having a driving part being driven by the motor and an output part; a tip-tool side output shaft that is coupled to the output part; an impact detection unit that detects an impact generated at the impact unit; and a control unit programmed to: control the impact unit to perform a confirmation striking when the impact detected by the impact detection unit reaches a prescribed value, detect a rotation angle of the output shaft at the confirmation striking, determine whether a fastening operation is completed when the detected rotation angle is equal to or smaller than a predetermined angle, and continue the fastening operation when the detected rotation angle is larger than the predetermined angle.
