    摘要: The present invention relates to torque application tools, such as a torque screwdriver and ratchet tools, with one or more light indicators disposed in a ring shape around the tool. The light indicators are adapted to indicate amounts of torque values and/or angle values as the tool is used to tighten or install a work piece. For example, the light indicators may flash at a first flashing rate, when about 40% of a target torque or angle value is applied; flash at a second flashing rate (greater or faster than the first flashing rate) when about 60% of the target torque or angle value is applied; and illuminate at a solid state when about 80% of the target torque or angle value is applied.

    摘要: A rotation speed control method for impact type fastening tools has a presetting step and a dynamic control step. The presetting step includes setting a plurality of working positions, and setting a PWM signal with a larger duty cycle as a driving signal in a period after energization so that a motor can rotate at a higher speed and improve work efficiency. When a main controller judges, according to feedback, that the operation enters an impact phase and torsion control is needed to reduce rotation speed, the main controller makes adjustment by driving the motor with a PWM signal with a lower duty cycle corresponding to a working position currently set by the user. The control method improves work efficiency, and meet the user's need of driving a fastener with a higher rotation speed at an early stage of operation. In the torsion control phase, the method according to the present invention can automatically use a suitable torsion to drive the fastener to better meet the user's needs in operation and enable the user to obtain an excellent experience of use.

A controller controls the drive source based on the tightening torque.

    摘要: A pneumatic impulse wrench for tightening screw joints includes a housing with a pressure air inlet passage, an exhaust air outlet passage, a rotation motor, a hydraulic impulse generator, and is connected to a stationary programmable control unit. The impulse wrench also includes a torque indicating mechanism connected to the control unit for feeding back electric signals responsive to the output torque of the wrench, an electromagnetically activated inlet valve arranged in the air inlet passage, and an electromagnetically activated exhaust valve which controls the exhaust air flow from the motor. The exhaust valve is a proportional valve activated by a linearly operated electromagnetic actuator and arranged to continuously adapt the exhaust air flow and, hence, the motor power to the characteristics of the actual screw joint being tightened in response to feed back signals from the torque indicating mechanism and in accordance with a programmed tightening strategy.

    摘要: An electronic pulse driver includes a motor, a hammer, an anvil, an end tool mounting unit, a power supply unit, a temperature detecting unit, and a controller. The hammer is drivingly rotatable in forward and reverse directions by the motor. The anvil is provided separately from the hammer and rotated upon striking of the hammer. The power supply unit alternately supplies a forward electric power and a reverse electric power to the motor in a first cycle. The temperature detecting unit is configured to detect a temperature of the motor. The controller is configured to control the power supply unit to alternately supplies the forward electric power and the reverse electric power in a second cycle longer than the first cycle when the temperature of the motor detected by the temperature detecting unit increases to a prescribed value.
