Accordingly, a rotational resistance while the rotor 40 is eccentrically rotated can be decreased in comparison with a configuration in which an internal gear formed in an inner periphery of a rotor and an external gear formed in an eccentric shaft interlock each other. Thus, the rotating shaft 52 can be efficiently driven to rotate when a pressure difference is small and energy for rotating the roller 58 is small.

    摘要: The present invention provides a manufacturing method of high precision titanium compressor wheel in which by removing pads attached on an entire surface entirely as a machining allowance in manufacturing process, dimensional accuracy at the time of manufacturing is intensified, and correction work of dynamic balance (rotation balance) is simplified or omitted so as to improve yield of products and suppress boosting of manufacturing cost. The outer peripheral face of a front cast boss portion of a cast titanium product is fixed with a chuck of lathe. A plurality of receiving plates projecting from the lathe are positioned between respective cast blades and front ends thereof are pressed against a disc-like large-diameter front end face formed on a rear half portion of a cast core portion. With a large-diameter front end face of the cast core portion and the outer peripheral face of the front cast boss portion as reference plane, the cast titanium product is held by the chuck and receiving plates and rotated. By turning the end face and outer peripheral face of a rear cast boss portion, the rear face and outer peripheral face of the cast core portion and trailing edges of cast full blades and cast splitter blades, portions corresponding to the pads at these portions are removed from the cast titanium product.

    摘要: There is provided an antenna system applicable to an in-vehicle satellite tracking antenna system. A feed probe (1) is inserted into a ground plate (4) from a lower surface of the ground plate (4) toward an upper surface to protrude from the upper surface. A semicylindrical sub-reflector (2) forming a primary radiator together with the feed probe (1) is arranged on the upper surface of the ground plate (4) in the vicinity of the feed probe (1), and a main reflector (3) is arranged on the ground plate (4) such that mirror surfaces of the reflectors face to each other across the feed probe (1). The main reflector (3) is parabolic in at least one axis, and has a predetermined focal point or a predetermined focal line. The main reflector (3) is standing on the ground plate (4) such that the feed probe (1) is positioned on the focal point or the focal line, which is mounted on the ground plate (4) at a predetermined installing angle &thgr; so that an elevation angle of the antenna is directed in a direction that receives radio waves or a direction that radiates radio waves. Tracking of the antenna system with respect to an azimuth is carried out by turning the ground plate (4) in a fashion being out of contact with the feed probe (1). By virtue of the above construction, the antenna system can be downsized or given a low profile.

    摘要: In an annular microstrip antenna element, an annular radiant conductor plate is mounted on a ground conductor plate via a dielectric layer. A coaxial transmission line is provided, whose external conductor is connected to the ground conductor plate, and whose central conductor is connected to the radiant conductor plate, via a feeding point, with a pair of microstrip lines. The pair of microstrip lines extend from the feeding point to two connecting points on the radiant conductor plate, forming an angle between them like a V shape. By varying the angle, it is possible to adjust the input impedance of the annular microstrip antenna element at the feeding point, so that impedance matching with the coaxial transmission line is achieved. In a radial line antenna system comprising a plurality of the antenna elements, the antenna elements are mounted on concentric circles with a constant space between the adjacent antenna elements, thereby reducing undesirable electromagnetic coupling.

    摘要: An optical integrated unit according to the present invention is an optical integrated unit, including: a semiconductor laser acting as a light source; at least one light-receiving element; a light-separating section for separating light emitted by the semiconductor laser from light reflected by an optical disc and for reflecting the light reflected by the optical disc so that the light reflected by the optical disc is directed to the light-receiving element; and a support substrate, wherein a second support substrate has a concave shape, the light-separating section is constituted of at least three prisms, the prisms positioned at both ends of the light-separating section are respectively attached to two protruding sections of the concave shape of the second support substrate, and the light-receiving element is attached to the light-separating section via a cover glass. As a result, it is possible to solve such a problem that the light-receiving element cannot be adjusted with high accuracy because of a thickness error of the support substrate or an intermediate substrate in conventional techniques.
