    摘要: An increase in the temperature of a sliding bearing can be suppressed, and it is possible to reduce the temperature of the bearing and prevent burning and damage. The bearing is divided in two and composed of a liner and a base metal. The liner is disposed on an inner circumferential side of the bearing, and the base metal is disposed on an outer circumferential side of the bearing. A lower liner of the bearing liner, which is located on a load-receiving side, has a cooling groove formed in an outer circumferential surface thereof and extending along a circumferential direction thereof. A lubricant is cooled in the cooling groove and supplied to reduce the temperature of a shaft-sliding surface of the bearing. The lubricant is supplied to the bearing, increases in temperature due to the cooling and has low viscosity.

    摘要: A tilting pad journal bearing includes a pads disposed on the outer circumferential side of a rotating shaft, pivots supporting pads such that the pads are tiltable, a plurality of guides disposed between pads, and a casing. The pads have an oil passage extending from side to side in the circumferential direction, the guides having first and second guide passages. The first guide passage introduces lubricating oil from an oil-supply hole of the casing and exhaust it to the oil passage of the pad adjacent to the guide on the other side in the circumferential direction. The second guide passage introduces lubricating oil from the oil passage of the pad adjacent to the guide and on one side in the circumferential direction and exhaust it to between the inner circumferential surface of the pad on the other side and the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft.

The inner peripheral land portion 22 is annularly formed around the filler opening 9A. Oil passing grooves 27 through which the internal static pressure pocket 23 communicates with the external static pressure pocket 24 are formed in parts of the inner peripheral land portion 22 on straight lines, passing through the center of the filler opening 9A. The oil passing grooves 27 are inclined with respect to the straight line A-B passing through the center of the filler opening 9A. An inner wall surface and an outer wall surface of the inner peripheral land portion 22 are disposed on the straight lines that connect the center of the filler opening 9A to the center of the oil passing groove 27.

The oil collection path is formed so that an inlet may open in an opposite end surface to a rotation direction of a rotation shaft in the pad, an outlet may open in an inner circumferential surface of the pad, and the inlet and the outlet may continuously open. Further, a width dimension of the oil collection path is smaller than a width dimension of the pad, and a depth dimension from an outer circumferential surface of the rotation shaft to a bottom surface of the oil collection path is larger than a distance from the outer circumferential surface of the rotation shaft to an end of a nozzle.

    摘要: The invention provides a horizontal shaft type rotary machine capable of simply feeding oil into thrust bearing devices. Leak oil introduction means are provided in the circumferential end parts of thrust bearing devices, for introducing leak oil of lubrication oil from horizontal type slide bearing devices onto slide surfaces of the thrust bearing devices. With this configuration, the thrust baring devices can be lubricated with the use of leak oil of lubrication oil from the horizontal type slide bearing devices, and as a result, it is possible to eliminate the necessity of an oil feed system exclusively used for the thrust bearing devices, thereby it is possible to simplify the pipe line arrangement of the oil feed system and the control of oil feed quantity.
