The x-ray device includes an x-ray emitter, an image receiver arranged in a radiation direction at a distance from the x-ray emitter, a patient support disposed between the x-ray emitter and the image receiver, a relative position of the x-ray emitter and the image receiver being adjustable with respect to the patient support in at least one spatial direction, and a scattered ray protection device, which can be fixed in a fixed relative position with respect to the image receiver and/or the x-ray emitter as a reference object using a coupling unit the scattered ray protection device being entrained with the reference object when the reference object is adjusted with respect to the patient support.

The shoulder joint includes a main support; a fold-out arm including an upper arm and a lower arm, the upper arm operable to pivot about a pin and the lower arm operable to pivot on a spindle on one end of the upper arm; and a first wheel attached to the pin, and a second wheel attached to the spindle. 摘要： A device for detecting an orientation and spacing of an X-ray source relative to an X-ray receiver comprises a projector which is disposed at a predetermined orientation and a predetermined spacing relative to the X-ray source, and is configured to project a predetermined pattern of electromagnetic waves in a direction of the X-ray receiver. A detector is configured to detect the predetermined pattern projected by the projector. A positioning detection device, connected to the detector and configured to receive an output signal from the detector, generates a positioning signal as a function the output signal. The positioning signal comprises information about the orientation and spacing of the X-ray source relative to the X-ray receiver.

The x-ray detector can be moved perpendicular to the patient support by way of a retaining column of a repositioning mechanism and can be rotated relative to the patient support about a first longitudinal axis extending in a longitudinal direction of the patient support. To increase the flexibility of the x-ray apparatus, the x-ray detector is supported in such a manner that it can be rotated relative to the patient support about a transverse axis extending in a transverse direction of the patient support.
