摘要: An LPG direct injection system may include an engine receiving liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) into a combustion chamber thereof, an injector adapted to inject the LPG into the combustion chamber of the engine, a high pressure fuel pump supplying high pressured LPG to the injector, a fuel tank storing the LPG for supplying to the engine, a regulator apparatus receiving the LPG from the fuel tank, controlling pressure of the received LPG, and delivering a controlled LPG to the high pressure fuel pump, a fuel supply line sequentially connecting the fuel tank, the regulator apparatus, the high pressure fuel pump, and the injector so as to supply the LPG stored in the fuel tank to the engine, and a fuel return line returning an LPG that remains in the high pressure fuel pump after pumping thereof to the fuel tank.

摘要: A fuel supply device for a liquefied petroleum direct injection (LPDI) engine in which liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is directly injected into a combustion chamber and a start control method of an LPDI engine having the fuel supply device, wherein the high pressure fuel pump receives and compresses fuel to a pressure higher than a pressure at which fuel has been supplied, wherein the high pressure fuel rail buffers and supplies fuel to a direct injector that injects fuel directly into a combustion chamber, wherein the return line is connected to the supply line through the high pressure fuel pump to form a low pressure line, allowing a surplus portion of fuel supplied to the high pressure fuel pump from the fuel tank to return to the fuel tank, and wherein a first valve is disposed on the return line to control the flow rate of returning fuel.

摘要: An ignition coil control method may include receiving first pulse signal and second pulse signal following the first pulse signal by a delay time transmitted from an engine control unit; charging the first ignition coil when the first pulse signal is on; charging the second ignition coil when a predetermined time period elapses from a time at which the first pulse signal is on; discharging the first ignition coil when the first pulse signal is off; discharging the second ignition coil when a maintaining time of the first pulse signal from a time at which the second ignition coil is charged; when the second pulse signal is on, charging the first ignition coil for a dwell time and then discharging the first ignition coil; and charging the second ignition coil for the dwell time and then discharging the second ignition coil when a predetermined time period elapses from a time at which the second ignition coil is discharged.
