摘要: Segments are mutually coupled in the circumferential and longitudinal directions to assemble a rehabilitating pipe for rehabilitating an existing pipe. Rod-shaped coupling members are used to couple the segments in the longitudinal direction. Before assembly, an anchor ring, having a hole through which the coupling members are inserted, is fixed beforehand to an inner wall surface of the existing pipe. The coupling members are inserted through the segments in the longitudinal direction and through the hole of the anchor ring. This allows the assembled rehabilitating pipe to be supported by the anchors inside the existing pipe.

摘要: A rehabilitating pipe is assembled inside an existing pipe using segments to repair the existing pipe. A coupling member is inserted through a segment when it is coupled in the longitudinal direction to another segment coupled already, and the coupling member is joined to the coupling member of another segment already coupled. During joining the segment is clamped against another segment and both the segments are coupled in the longitudinal direction. Such steps are repeated to couple other segments to segments already coupled until the rehabilitating pipe is laid to a predetermined length.

摘要: A rehabilitating pipe having a flange at one end thereof is laid inside a first existing pipe so that the flange contacts an inner circumferential surface portion of a second existing pipe surrounding a portion where the first and second existing pipes intersect. A flange part of a flanged tubular member is adhesively fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the second existing pipe so that the flange part covers the flange of the rehabilitating pipe and the inner circumferential surface portion of the second existing pipe. A tubular part of the flanged tubular member is adhered to the rehabilitating pipe to thereby seal a gap between an inner circumference of the first existing pipe and an outer circumference of the rehabilitating pipe.

摘要: Integrally formed plastic segments comprising an inner surface plate constituting an inner peripheral surface and lateral plates vertically arranged on an edge part of the inner surface plate extending in a circumferential direction are coupled in a circumferential direction to assemble pipe units 10, 10′. The pipe units are coupled sequentially in the longitudinal direction of a pipe, and a rehabilitating pipe is laid down in an existing pipeline. When an existing pipe 21 is bent, the pipe units are coupled at a bending part 21b in the longitudinal direction of the pipe via coupling members so that central axes X1, X2 of the pipes are angled toward each other to create a bend. A gap formed between the pipe units at the bent part is covered by a cladding. Such a configuration enables a rehabilitating pipe to be watertight and resistant to external forces.

摘要: A rehabilitating pipe is laid inside a main pipe that intersects with a manhole. A flanged tubular member is provided which comprises a tubular part and a flange part each comprising a flexible resin absorber impregnated with liquid setting resin. With the resin in an unhardened state, the flange part is brought into pressure contact with the inner circumferential surface of the manhole for adhesion thereto by curing the resin. The tubular part is then inserted in the rehabilitating pipe for adhesion to the inner circumferential surface thereof. This makes it possible to seal the gap between the inner circumference of the main pipe and the outer circumference of the rehabilitating pipe thereof.

摘要: A rehabilitating pipe is laid inside an existing pipe to rehabilitate the existing pipe. Support members are intergrally connected to an inner wall surface of the existing pipe so that loop portions of the respective support members extend from the inner wall surface of the existing pipe. The rehabilitating pipe is assembled inside of the existing pipe by mutually coupling segments of the rehabilitating pipe in a longitudinal direction of the existing pipe by inserting coupling members through connecting through-holes of the segments and through the loop portions of the respective support members to thereby support the assembled rehabilitating pipe so that the rehabilitating pipe remains inside of the existing pipe after assembly to rehabilitate the existing pipe.

摘要: A method for lining an existing pipe uses a tubular lining material comprising a flexible resin absorber impregnated therein with a liquid setting resin. One end part of the lining material is radially spread to form cut pieces. The cut pieces of the lining material are laid on a flange comprising a flexible resin absorber impregnated with a liquid setting resin. The flange and the cut pieces of the lining material are brought into pressure contact with a surface surrounding a pipe opening of the existing pipe before a step of evertedly inserting the lining material into the existing pipe. The liquid setting resin in the flange and the cut pieces of the lining material is cured to adhesively fix the flange and the cut pieces of the lining material to the surface surrounding the pipe opening of the existing pipe.

摘要: A tubular lining material for an existing pipe is comprised of a flexible resin absorber impregnated with a liquid setting resin and is radially spread out at one end part to form a plurality of cut pieces. A flange of a flexible resin absorber impregnated with a liquid setting resin is stacked on the cut pieces and brought into pressure contact with a surface surrounding the pipe opening of the existing pipe before the lining material is evertedly inserted into the existing pipe. The liquid setting resin in the flange and the cut pieces is cured and fixed to the surrounding surface of the pipe opening of the existing pipe. Such an arrangement enables the complete sealing of a gap between the inner circumference of the existing pipe and the outer circumference of the lining material at the circumferential edge part of the pipe opening of the existing pipe because the flange is cured in conformation to t the surrounding surface of the pipe opening of the existing pipe.

摘要: A tubular lateral pipe lining material is configured to be inserted into a lateral pipe which intersects with a main pipe in order to repair the lateral pipe. The tubular lateral pipe lining material has a flexible tubular resin-absorbing material impregnated with an uncured curable liquid resin. The tubular resin-absorbing material has one end that is folded back. A flange member, over which the folded-back end of the tubular resin-absorbing material is pressed, is made of a thermoplastic resin. An adhesive is applied over the flange member and the folded-back end of the tubular-absorbing material to bond the tubular resin-absorbing material to the flange member.
