摘要: When a document and a recording medium are moved in a vertical scanning direction to read the document and record signals on the recording medium, the read signals are stored in a line buffer memory. The present invention changes over hysteretically a high speed vertical scan mode and a low speed vertical scan mode in accordance with the number of the buffered code bits in the line buffer memory to read the document and record the signal on the recording medium. Thus, the present invention reduces the number of stops of vertical scan.

摘要: A picture signal processing apparatus comprises a signal processing means for performing signal processing such as picture element density conversion of picture signals, a first memory means for storing temporarily picture signals as object of the signal processing, a first signal path through which signals are received or transmitted between the signal processing means and the first memory means, an encoding means for performing encoding processing, a second memory means for storing temporarily picture signals as object of the encoding processing, a second signal path through which signals are received or transmitted between the encoding means and the second memory means, a control means for controlling the signal processing means and the encoding means, and a third signal path through which signals are received or transmitted between the signal processing means and the encoding means, thereby signal processing and encoding processing can be performed concurrently and high speed processing is realized.

摘要: In an information processing system for efficiently allocating a writing of a decoded pixel signal into a display memory to a period other than the period during which a read circuit accesses the display memory for reading out information to a display device for a display, the read circuit indicates to a decode/write circuit producing the decoded pixel signal a period during which the read circuit does not access the display memory, and the decode/write circuit writes the decoded pixel signal into the display memory at a timing at which the display memory is not accessed by the read circuit.

摘要: A conference system identifies and manages conferences in terms of the conference host name, conference name and conference partner name. At the setup a conference, a conference host name, conference name and conference partner name are registered, and, in addition, material names and material supplier names of materials used for the conference are registered. The communication conference system stores conference management information in the first, second and third files in the hierarchical structure.
