In a multi-pole coaxial connector in which when a housing block and a receptacle are coupled to each other, a signal post and a signal contact are brought into conduction, a ground contact and a ground case are brought into conduction, an internal conductor and a signal SMD terminal are brought into conduction, and an external conductor and a ground SMD terminal are brought into conduction, and a cross section of the ground contact is formed into substantially U-shape in which adjacent ground contact side is opened.

    摘要: A connector has a connector plug and a connector receptacle for connecting a cable and a substrate. The connector plug has a shell made of a conductive material with both sides open, and an insulator made of a resin molding. The insulator has a first fitting part on a first side for mating with the connector receptacle, a second fitting part on the other side for mating with the cable, and a plurality of contacts disposed on the second fitting part side. The shell has flexible parts for flexibly contacting a connector receptacle shell mated with the first fitting part. The insulator is fit into the shell from an opening on one side of the shell.

    摘要: A compact receptacle for mating connection with a complementary coaxial plug connector. The receptacle is in use to be mounted on a mobile phone for switching a signal line from an internal antenna to a vehicle's external antenna when placed on a cradle in a vehicle in mating connection with the plug connector on the cradle. The receptacle has a dielectric mold carrying an outer conductor shield fitted on top of the mold, a single spring member, and a single fixed contact member. The conductor shield includes an electrode socket for connection with an outer conductor tube of the plug. The spring member integrally carries a center electrode for connection with a center conductor post of the plug, and a movable contact which forms a normally-closed switch with a fixed contact on the fixed contact member for the above signal switching.

Further, the two output conductor plates includes mount portions on which the two MOSFETs are mounted or on which drain electrodes of the two MOSFETs are connected, and the mount portions are encapsulated by the encapsulating resin in such an orientation that a thickness direction of the mount portions intersects that of the printed circuit board.

    摘要: A shunt resistor of the present invention has a configuration including a substantially planar resistor (10) having a predetermined resistance value; a first fixed terminal plate (20) that has one end portion (21) connected to an edge of the resistor (10); and a second fixed terminal plate (30) that has one end portion (31) connected to the other edge of the resistor (10), that has a portion in the vicinity of the end portion (31) which is bent substantially in the shape of the letter “U”, and that opposes at least a portion of the first fixed terminal plate (20), wherein a plurality of terminal tabs (12) for taking a voltage drop in the resistor (10) as a voltage signal is provided protrusive from a side edge of the resistor (10), and lead wires (40) are connected to the terminal tabs (12). This configuration eliminates a conventional structural restriction requiring portions in the direction of to the sidewall of the resistor 10 to be open, and consequently, enables the degree of freedom in design to be enhanced.

    摘要: A single-pole relay switch capable of effective arc extinction irrespective of the current flowing directions in which the device is connected in a circuit. The switch has a housing and two sets of contacts located in the housing, each set being composed of a fixed contact and a movable contact. A contact carrier is provided to have first and second movable arms which extend commonly from a bridge and are provided respectively with the two movable contacts. An actuator applies a driving force to move the contact carrier between an ON-position of holding the movable contacts simultaneously in contact respectively with the fixed contacts, and an OFF-position of keeping the movable contacts at respective opening gaps from the fixed contacts. The housing includes a casing which is divided into first and second chambers respectively for receiving the contact sets, each of the first and second chambers being surrounded by a dielectric wall. Permanent magnet are disposed around the casing to stretch the individual arcs in opposing directions to each other and towards the dielectric walls of the first and second chambers, respectively. Thus, the individual arcs can be stretched individually within the separate chambers, i.e., in an isolated condition. Therefore, the individual arcs can be free from merging even when the current flows in such a direction as to drive the arcs in the approaching direction.
