    摘要: A optical Biopsy method and an apparatus are used in the diagnosis of precancerous lesion for locating the place and determining the level of malignant tumor. The apparatus comprises light source (1, 10) a light channel system, an endoscope (21) and a circuit system. The light sources include an excited light (1) and a cold light source (10). The cold light source and the excited light in the light channel system go through the end of the light guide of the endoscope via optical fiber bundle and irradiate the tested living tissue (22). The white light image signal and the intrinsic fluorescence image signal reflected from the tested living tissue (22) are received by a weak fluorescence CCD (6) that tightly connects to the end of the endoscope (21) and then transmit to the circuit system via a signal wire (9) to produce the image in the display (17). The weak fluorescence signal reflected from the tested living tissue (22) is transmitted to the circuit system via the weak fluorescence fiber bundle (4) protruding from the forceps hole of the endoscope to produce the spectrum image (16).

    摘要: Disclosed is optical observation equipment for identifying the forming process of a malignant tumor, which is provided with a receiving space and a transparent front end. The optical observation equipment comprises: a light-guide fiber, a laser emitter, a focusing device, a white light emitter, an image sensor, a high gain amplifier and an encoding and emitting device, wherein the light-guide fiber extends to the transparent front end from the receiving space; the laser emitter emits laser with a wavelength of 340 nm±20 nm and an energy of 0.3˜0.5 mj/m2 in a pulsing mode; the focusing device is coupled to the output end of the laser emitter and used for focusing the laser to the input end of the light-guide fiber; the white light emitter is used for emitting white light, and the white light is guided into the input end of the light-guide fiber, wherein the laser emitter and the white light emitter are alternately turned on; the image sensor is used for acquiring an image of an area irradiated by light emitted from the output end of the light-guide fiber and converting a light signal into an electric signal; the high gain amplifier is coupled to the image sensor and is used for amplifying the electric signal generated by the image sensor; and the encoding and emitting device is coupled to the high gain amplifier and is used for encoding the signal output by the high gain amplifier and emitting the encoded signal.

    摘要: This invention relates to a diagnostic apparatus and particularly to an apparatus for the diagnosis of malignant tumor and the method of using the apparatus for diagnosis. The apparatus employs an ultraviolet light source with an emitting waveband of 3000A-4000A. Light from the light source is transmitted through a bundle of quartz optic fibers to the surface of the tumor, whether benign or malignant, to stimulate it, which then generates a specific intrinsic fluorescence spectrum. The intrinsic fluorescence spectrum reflected from the surface of the tumor is transmitted by a second bundles of glass fibers placed near it to a color resolution means, then processed by a scanning means and a circuit means, and displayed recorded by a display recording means. The display may be a graphic presentation of the intrinsic fluorescence spectrum of the tumor that is tested. If the graphic presentation displayed includes a single peak within the range of the blue color band, it indicates that the tumor being tested is benign. If however, a second peak appears within the range of the red color band of the graphic presentation it is a characteristic peak of malignancy, indicating the existence of a malignant tumor. The presence of the red color can be established by eye rather than a complex color resolution system.
