    摘要: A three-phase opposite rotating motor of a fan comprises a stator having a three-phase coil set without a core, a first rotor and a second rotor. The number of the poles of the first rotor is unequal to the number of the poles of the second rotor. The ratio of the number of solenoids of the three-phase coil set and the number of the first poles of the first rotor is 3:4, and the ratio of the number of solenoids of the three-phase coil set and the number of the second poles of the second rotor is 3:2, to ensure the motor works normally in an opposite rotating operation.

    摘要: A controller of a brushless DC electric machine having a rotor and at least a stator winding powered by a driving voltage is provided. The controller includes a position sensor, an advance angle control circuit, and a driving circuit. The position sensor is moved along a reverse rotating direction of the rotor by a prepositioned angle for outputting a position signal. The advance angle control circuit receives the position signal and a driving voltage reproduction signal reproduced from the driving voltage and outputs a commutation control signal lagging the position signal by a first delay time. The driving circuit receives the commutation control signal for outputting a driving signal for controlling a commutation of the brushless DC electric machine.

A stator part has a plurality of magnetic-pole portions, wherein each protrusion is positioned in a gap between every two adjacent magnetic-pole portions when the stator part is disposed on the base, and a coil wound around the stator part. The outer circumference of the main body of the base includes a plurality of circular arcs with different radii, so as to provide a function of attaining bias when the motor is driven to start and preventing reduced rotational efficiency of the motor.

The rotor is also disposed in the frame, corresponding to the stator. The rotor comprises a shaft, extended axially from the rotor. The shaft does not contact the stator or the frame. The bottom magnetic structure is at the bottom of the frame. The top magnetic structure is on the top of the frame. The top and bottom magnetic structures are opposite to each other in an axial direction. Magnetic attraction generated between the first magnetic structure and the second magnetic structure attracts and positions the shaft therebetween such that the first magnetic structure, the second magnetic structure, and the shaft are coaxially aligned.
