摘要: A scroll compressor with a backflow-proof mechanism. The scroll compressor comprises a slider disposed on a scroll couple, forming several enclosed spaces. The slider is raised by the working fluid in the spaces, preventing liquid leakage from a high-pressure chamber to a low-pressure chamber, when the scroll compressor starts. The slider descends when the compression ratio of the scroll compressor is exceeded. Thus, the pressure is released, and the performance of the scroll compressor is improved. The slider of the invention further comprises a floating element to prevent reversal of pressurized fluid and damage to the scroll couple.

摘要: A scroll type compressor with an enhanced sealing arrangement includes two sealing rings, mounted one between a first part of a gliding block and a first chamber of a fixed scroll and another one between a second part of the gliding block and a second chamber of the fixed scroll, respectively. The sealing ring has a U-shape cross section characterized in having a center depth smaller than half of a total height of the cross section. By providing such sealing rings, damage in mounting the sealing rings can be reduced to a minimum, possible leakage from the damage can be avoided, the assembly process in producing the compressor can be improved, and the compressor can be successfully merchandized.

摘要: An improved floating apparatus for scroll compressors is disclosed, which is a multi-function device integrating a temperature protection mechanism, a pressure protection mechanism and a backflow-proof mechanism and therefore substantially is a floating seal member with overheating protection, high pressure protection and backflow-proof capabilities. In detail, the present disclosure provides a floating apparatus for scroll compressors that not only can be manufactured easily, but also capable of distributing the acting force resulting from the gliding block for providing better sealing effect while preventing the scroll compressors from being damaged by high temperature and high pressure.

摘要: A sealing structure includes a first substrate having a first compartment, a second compartment and a first base surface. A first element, disposed between the first and second compartments, a second element and a third element, moves between a first initial position and a first predetermined position. The first element has a first acting surface and the second element has a second acting surface. The third element includes a body, a first sectioned part having a first main conjunctive surface, and a second sectioned part having a second main conjunctive surface. When the first element is moved to the first predetermined position, the body is clamped between the first and second acting surfaces, and the first main conjunctive surface contacts the second main conjunctive surface. Thus, the deformed third element pressing against the first base surface separates the first compartment from the second compartment.

摘要: A scroll compressor including a block, a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll, a crankshaft, an Oldham ring and an oil passage is provided, wherein the fixed scroll is fixed on the block, and the orbiting scroll, the crankshaft and the Oldham ring are disposed on the block. The fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll form a gas-in area, a compressing area and a gas-out area which are connected in a series. The orbiting scroll is eccentric connected with the crankshaft to orbit over the fixed scroll and drive the Oldham ring moving. A reciprocating motion area on the block is formed via the reciprocating motion between the block and the Oldham ring, wherein the block has an oil opening in the reciprocating motion area. Besides, one terminal of the oil passage is connected to the oil opening, and another terminal of the oil passage is connected to the gas-in area and the compressing area.
