摘要: In an exhaust heat recovery device provided with a Rankine cycle device, a clutch for transmitting and interrupting power between an engine and the Rankine cycle device is released appropriately to prevent the Rankine cycle from becoming a load on the engine. An exhaust heat recovery device 1A includes a Rankine cycle device 2A, a power transmission mechanism 3A, and a control unit 4. The power transmission mechanism 3A has a clutch 31 and is capable of transmitting power between an engine 10 and the Rankine cycle device 2A when the clutch 31 is engaged. The control unit 4A controls the engagement and disengagement of the clutch 31 based on a first correlation value correlated with consumed power when the Rankine cycle device 2A is started, and a second correlation value correlated with consumed power of the Rankine cycle device 2A when the output of the Rankine cycle device 2A is negative during the operation of the Rankine cycle device 2A after the start-up.

摘要: A compressor may include first and second scroll members having first and second scroll wraps, respectively. The scroll members define a suction inlet, a discharge outlet, and fluid pockets moving therebetween. The second scroll member may include a port, and a passage. The port may be in fluid communication with at least one of the pockets. The passage may extend through a portion of the second end plate and may be in fluid communication with the port. A valve assembly may be disposed in the passage and may include a valve member displaceable between open and closed positions. A recompression volume may be disposed between the valve member and the at least one of the pockets. The recompression volume may be less than or equal to approximately one percent of a volume of one of the pockets at a suction seal-off position.

摘要: Scroll compressor designs are provided to minimize vibration, sound, and noise transmission. The scroll compressor has a bearing housing, and orbiting and non-orbiting scroll members. The non-orbiting scroll member has a radially extending flanged portion with at least one aperture substantially aligned with the axially extending bore. At least one fastener is disposed within the aperture and the bore. A sound isolation member contacts at least one of the non-orbiting scroll member, the fastener, or the bearing housing, to reduce or eliminate noise transmission. The sound isolation member may be formed of a polymeric composite having an acoustic impedance value greater than the surrounding materials. The sound isolation member may be an annular washer, an O-ring, or a biasing member, by way of non-limiting example. In other variations, fluid passages are provided within the fastener and/or bearing housing to facilitate entry of lubricant oil to further dampen sound and noise.

The second scroll member can meshingly engaged with the first scroll member, and include a first radially extending slot. The Oldham coupling can include a ring portion disposed about the base plate and a first radially extending key portion disposed in the first radially extending slot. The ring portion and the key portion can include a pair of upper surfaces and a pair of lower surfaces. At least one pair of upper surfaces or lower surfaces can be substantially coplanar.

摘要: To provide a scroll type fluid machine including a rotation stopping mechanism that can reduce noise released to the outside of the scroll type fluid machine by damping vibration transmitted from a movable scroll to a casing. In a scroll type fluid machine (1) including a rotation stopping mechanism (36) for stopping rotation of a movable scroll without hindering revolving motion of the movable scroll (16) relative to a fixed scroll (14) fixed to a casing (4), the rotation stopping mechanism includes: a support hole (42) drilled in either one of a base plate (16a) of the movable scroll and a pedestal part (4a) of the casing; a rotation stopping pin (38) that is fitted into the support hole, and is protruded to the side of the other of the base plate and the pedestal part; a restriction hole (46) that is drilled in the other of the base plate and the pedestal part, and is loosely fitted with the rotation stopping pin; and a buffer member (44) interposed, at least in the support hole out of the support hole and the restriction hole, between the support hole and the rotation stopping pin.

摘要: A scroll pump includes a frame, a stationary plate scroll, an orbiting plate scroll, a tip seal(s), an eccentric drive mechanism which drives the orbiting plate scroll, and an axial compliance system. The eccentric drive mechanism includes a crankshaft, and bearings and a counterbalance disposed on the crankshaft. The counterbalance is mounted so as to be slidable along the crankshaft in the axial direction of the crankshaft. The axial compliance system includes a flexure and one set of springs for pre-loading the bearings. The flexure is interposed between one of the bearings and the counterbalance. The flexure allows the orbiting plate scroll to move away from the stationary plate scroll in the case of an assembly process which would otherwise result in the tip seal(s) being too forcefully engaged with the plate of the opposing plate scroll.

To solve this problem, this scroll-type fluid machine is characterized by being equipped with a stationary scroll, an orbiting scroll that is provided opposing the stationary scroll and undergoes turning movement, a casing provided on the outside of the orbiting scroll, a drive shaft that drives and turns the orbiting scroll, a boss plate part that is provided separated from the orbiting scroll and is connected to the drive shaft, and multiple rotation prevention mechanisms provided between the boss plate part and the casing, and is characterized in that the boss plate part has multiple rotation-prevention-mechanism-side boss plate parts connected to the rotation prevention mechanisms, and a drive-shaft-side boss plate part connected to the drive shaft, and spaces are provided between the rotation-prevention-mechanism-side boss plate parts and the drive-shaft-side boss plate part.

The gasket may block communication between the back pressure chamber and the suction and discharge spaces.
