    摘要: A scroll compressor includes fixed and movable scrolls and a crank shaft coupled to the movable scroll. The fixed and movable wraps are engaged to form a compression chamber. A refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber is discharged from a discharge port open at a central portion of the fixed end plate. The compression chamber is divided into first and second compression chambers facing outer and inner circumferential surfaces of the movable wrap. One of the end plates is provided with a communication groove recessed at a portion near a wrapping start position of the wrap. The communication groove connects the first compression chamber and the discharge port before the outer circumferential surface of the movable wrap, which is eccentrically rotating while sliding on an inner circumferential surface of the fixed wrap, separates from the inner circumferential surface of the fixed wrap.

    摘要: A scroll compressor is provided. The scroll compressor may include a case; a fixed scroll installed in the case; a wrap portion configured to form a compression chamber by being engaged with the fixed scroll; a base portion coupled to the wrap portion so as to be movable with the fixed scroll but not rotate in a circumferential direction; a drive motor coupled to a rear surface of the base portion, and configured to eccentrically rotate the base portion and the wrap portion; and a main frame installed in the case, and configured to support the base portion. A back pressure chamber that communicates with the compression chamber may be formed between the wrap portion and the base portion where a pressure of the back pressure chamber corresponds to a discharge pressure or an intermediate pressure between the suction pressure and the discharge pressure.

    摘要: A scroll-type compressor for a CO2 vehicle air conditioning system, having a movable displacement spiral which is rotatably connected to an eccentric bearing and which engages into a counterpart spiral such that, between the windings of the displacement spiral and of the counterpart spiral, there are formed chambers which travel radially inward in order to compress the refrigerant and discharge the refrigerant into a pressure chamber, wherein the displacement spiral is arranged on the suction side and the counterpart spiral is arranged on the high-pressure side.
