    摘要： The present invention provides a vaccine production strain of Bordetella bronchiseptica that produces a pertussis toxin in high yield. The present invention provides a method for creating a Bordetella bronchiseptica cell line which produces a Bordetella pertussis toxin comprising the steps of introducing a plasmid containing a DNA encoding antibiotic resistance into a Bordetella bronchiseptica strain, selecting for isolates in which the DNA encoding antibiotic resistance is recombinantly incorporated into the chromosome in place of the Bordetella bronchiseptica toxin gene, introducing a plasmid containing DNA encoding subunits of the Bordetella pertussis toxins into the Bordetella bronchiseptica isolates; and, selecting for isolates in which DNA encoding Bordetella pertussis toxin subunit is recombinantly incorporated into the chromosome, the resulting cells producing the Bordetella pertussis toxin. The present invention further provides a method for creating a Bordetella bronchiseptica cell line which produces a Bordetella pertussis toxin and does not express filamentous hemagglutinin.

    摘要： Cold water insoluble, hot water soluble and/or dispersible, disposable films, fabrics and other useful articles of manufacture are formed from a miscible polymeric resin blend comprised of cold water soluble partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol, cold water insoluble hot water disintegrable aliphatic polyester, and minor proportions of processing and performance aids. The aliphatic polyester has a melt temperature above the normal body temperature of a human (37 degrees C.; 98.6 degrees F.) and is present in the resin blend at a concentration sufficient to constitute the continuous phase of the blend, with the polyvinyl alcohol constituting a discontinuous phase of the blend. The aliphatic polyester thus renders the resin blend, and the partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol in the blend, cold water insoluble and determines the temperature at which articles formed from the blend will be subject to dissolution in an aqueous bath and subsequent disposal in an environmentally and ecologically sound fashion.

    摘要： A one-piece core-making technique used in producing railway truck bolsters and side frames, which includes the following steps: 1. After scraping the top of a core box, applying a shaped top mould (11), which is precisely located, from top to bottom. 2. Press or slightly hit the top mould (11) to make sure the top mould covers/caps the scraping surface. 3. Keep pressing to make sure that the flat scraping surface was pressed to a required curved shape, like the shape of the top mould (11). 4. Last, it will become a one-piece core with a partially integrated inner cavity section. The one-piece core made by this technique has a smooth surface. This technique also can improve the internal quality of the product and ease work intensity.

    摘要： The utility model discloses an alternating current contactor, including a foundation-support and a pedestal. A yoke iron on which mounts a coil unit is set inside the said foundation-support, and an armature iron and a contact unit are set in the said pedestal. The characteristics are that one side of the said foundation-support is open, and the coil unit and the yoke iron are constituted into a whole via a supporting board and buffer springs, and then it is fixed on the convex face of pulling part of the said foundation-support. A baffle plate with openings is on the top of the foundation-support, and a repelling force spring is installed between the baffle plate on the top of the foundation support and the armature iron. The coil unit can be easily inserted into or pulled out from the opening of the foundation-support, so that either repairing or replacing the coil unit become rather convenient.
