摘要: An MOS integrated semiconductor memory is disclosed with memory locations arranged in lines and columns. The memory locations in each case contain two one-transistor memory cells. For each memory location, two MOS transistors of the two one-transistor memory cells are controlled in common by means of a word line which runs in a line direction. The two MOS transistors are each coupled on a respective bit line which runs on one side of the memory locations in a column direction. Electrodes of the MOS memory capacitors and the gates of the MOS transistors of the one-transistor memory cells are formed by a first polysilicon layer and a second polysilicon layer, respectively. For reduction of area and also of bit line capacitance as well as at the same time raising the memory capacitance, the invention provides that the bit lines are provided as a third polysilicon layer forming polysilicon paths, and that the polysilicon paths which form the bit lines are coupled on only via limited doped connection zones in a semiconductor substrate which contains the memory cells of the MOS transistors.

摘要: A scrap shearing machine comprises a pair of relatively movable shearing blades arranged in a shear frame 1, a crusher 6 positioned upstream of the shearing blades 3, 5, a filling trough 8 arranged upstream of the cutter frame 1, a feed device to feed scrap along the trough 8 towards the crusher, press bar 11, 19 for precompacting the scrap in the trough 8 to a predetermined size to enable the crusher 8 and shearing blades 3, 8 to accommodate it. The shearing blades 3, 5 the crusher 8 and the press bar 11, 19 are located in a common plane X--X. The filling trough 8 is connected to the shear frame 1 by a force transferring connection, so that the shear frame 1 reinforces the filling trough 8.

摘要: A mining auger has a hollow auger shaft terminating in a front end, an auger helix welded to the outer face of the shaft and having a peripheral edge zone radially spaced from the shaft surface and extending helically thereabout; a plurality of spaced tool holders arranged in the peripheral edge zone of the helix for receiving cutting tool bits; separate spray nozzles arranged in the peripheral edge zone and associated with each cutting tool bit; a liquid supply channel provided in the shaft; a distributor channel communicating with the supply channel and following the helical course of the helix; and connecting channels leading to individual spray nozzles and communicating with the distributor channel. The distributor channel is situated at a substantial radial distance from the outer face of the auger shaft in the direction of the nozzles. There is further provided a bridging channel which extends radially away from the outer surface of the auger shaft and which is located externally of outer wall faces of the helix. The bridging channel connects the supply channel with the distributor channel.

摘要: A drive sprocket wheel of the type having drive chain link receiving pockets formed between the sprocket teeth and a circumferential groove dividing each tooth into a pair of tooth sections with the outer tips at the flanks or sides thereof being cupped for the reception of the horizontal chain links, is improved by sloping the cupped outer tips toward the running direction of the chain. In the sloping direction, the outer portions of the flanks may be flat and are followed by concave surfaces. The sloping flanks of each pair of toothed sections establish theoretical points of contact with the rounded horizontal chain links during the drive operation, such points lying about midway between opposite sides of the sloping flanks.

摘要: The invention relates to a roll stand comprising a pair of work rolls 1, 2 for rolling a metal strip B, comprising back-up rolls 8, 9, 10, 11 which provide lateral support to their respectively allocated work rolls 1, 2, with support force directed towards the work rolls 1, 2 being able to be applied to said back-up rolls by means of a force generation device, and comprising support rolls or intermediate rolls 3, 4 which are borne by a chock which can be slid into the roll stand W1, W2 in the direction of the longitudinal axis of said chock 7, and wherein said chock can be withdrawn from said roll stand, with each support roll or intermediate roll supporting an associated work roll 1, 2 in a direction which is essentially perpendicular to the direction of movement of the metal strip B. In such a roll stand, changing of the rolls can be carried out more quickly and easily in that the back-up rolls 8, 9, 10, 11 can be positioned from an idle position in which they are arranged outside the region where the chock 7 of the support roll or intermediate roll 3, 4 moves during slide-in or withdrawal, to an operating position in which they rest against the work roll 1, 2.

摘要: A mine roof support structure includes a floor skid, a supporting shield pivotally connected thereto by a pair of rocker arms forming a lemniscate guide, a roof cap pivotally connected at a roof cap joint to the shield, and hydraulic props supporting the roof cap. A hydraulic actuator is pivotally connected at opposite ends to the skid and to one of the arms, and the other of the rocker arms is disposed nearer the coal-face end of the support than the one arm. Such other arm is longitudinally adjustable and is pivotally connected at opposite ends to the skid and to the shield. This other arm is so constructed that its opposite ends may be adjusted relative to one another to enable the cap and the roof cap joint to follow a lemniscate path during settling of the roof and to follow a circular arc during a lowering of the cap toward the skid upon actuation of the hydraulic actuator.

摘要: A rail assembly for supporting the wheels of underground wheeled coal-getting machines, in combination with a coal conveyor comprising a plurality of conveyor pans interconnected end-to-end in the direction of movement of the machines with the central axes of adjoining pans being angularly related, the assembly comprising a rail section mounted on each pan with each section including at least three rail elements having adjoining ends interconnected for relative movement along such direction, so that the upper surfaces of the rail sections lie parallel to the central axes of the pans and the rail assembly is thereby made to follow the undulations of the conveyor when mounted in place.
