A header for filtering membrane module and a filtering membrane module using the same is disclosed, which is capable of maximizing efficiency in power consumption by securing a constant flow of permeate through the use of a relatively-low negative pressure, the header for filtering membrane module comprising a body with a permeate collecting space therein; and a conduit at one end of the body, the conduit being in fluid communication with the permeate collecting space, wherein at least a portion of the permeate collecting space has an inclined shape.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a through-one-end water collection type hollow fiber membrane and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, an internal sealing part is formed in the hollow part of the membrane at its free end. The internal sealing part supports an external sealing part surrounding the external surface of the free end such that the durability of the whole sealing part might be improved.
Abstract:
A submerged-type hollow fiber membrane module and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed, which is capable of realizing a great sealing strength between a module case and a bundle of hollow fiber membranes without an additional centrifugal molding apparatus. The method includes forming a bundle of hollow fiber membranes held together and fixed by a first potting material, wherein one end of each of the hollow fiber membranes is open; putting the bundle of hollow fiber membranes in a module case and fixing the bundle of hollow fiber membranes in the module case by forming a second potting material on the first potting material.
