    摘要: A reciprocating motor for a reciprocating type compressor includes a bobbin having a coil wound inside thereof, a terminal formed at one side of the bobbin, for electrically connecting the coil and an external circuit, a core part at which a plurality of lamination sheets are radially stacked in a circumferential direction centering around the bobbin, and a fixing part for fixing at least one lamination sheet at the inner side of the core part. With this construction, the lamination sheets making the core part is prevented from vibrating and the collision between the lamination sheets and the terminal is prevented, so that when the motor operates, its noise is reduced and reliability of the operation of the motor is heightened.

    摘要: A suction gas guide system (100) for reciprocating compressor (30) comprises a gas guide conduit having both ends installed on a suction pipe (SP) of a shell (10) and on an inner flowing passage of a piston (31) so as to face each other and guiding sucked gas inside the shell (10) to the inner flowing passage of the piston (31), whereby a refrigerant gas is sucked into the gas flowing passage of the piston (31) through the gas guide conduit (100) smoothly. Accordingly, suction rate of the refrigerant gas is increased, moreover, noise and vibration generated during suction of the refrigerant gas are reduced, and therefore flow resistance for the noise and the sucked gas is reduced, whereby the reliability and efficiency of the compressor is increased. Also, the pre-heating of the gas by the motor (20) is prevented, and then increase of the specific volume of the gas is prevented, and thereby the efficiency of the compressor (30) is increased.

    摘要: A suction valve for reciprocating compressor includes a fixation part, which receives a driving force of a reciprocating motor, and is fixed-combined to the front end surface of a piston performing linear reciprocal movement in the cylinder, a switching part for switching a hollow channel formed to penetrate the piston having a certain area, and a plurality of arms for connecting the switching part and the fixation part to make the switching unit behave in a certain displacement section having the fixation part as a fixed point. Receiving driving force of the reciprocating motor, the piston is bent and straighten by the pressure difference, and stress is distributed evenly in the above process, and minimizing bulking phenomenon to prevent damage of a switching part. Also, the responsiveness of the valve can be improved.

    摘要: Disclosed is a slider mechanism for slidably opening and closing a portable communication terminal. The slider mechanism includes a first plate and a second plate slidably combined with the first plate. The second plate has a cam profile formed along siding direction. A resilience unit is mounted on the first plate to exert resilient force perpendicularly to moving direction of the second plate. A roller is rotatably attached to an end of the resilience unit. The roller runs along the cam profile while the portable terminal opens or closes. Formed at a desired position of the cam profile is a depression on which the roller rests to hold the terminal in place at closed or opened state, or at any other desired position.

    摘要: A suction gas guiding (100) system for a reciprocating compressor (30) includes a gas guide conduit (110) penetrating an inner stator of a reciprocating motor and having both ends installed on a suction pipe (50) of a shell (10) and on an inner flowing passage of a piston (31) so as to guide the sucked gas inside the shell (10) to the inner flowing passage, whereby the refrigerant gas is sucked into the inner flowing passage of the piston through the gas guide conduit smoothly, and accordingly, the suction rate of the refrigerant gas is increased. Therefore the efficiency of the compressor (30) is increased. In addition, noise and vibration generated when the refrigerant gas is sucked are attenuated in the resonant spaces, and therefore the flow resistance against the noise and the gas, whereby the reliability and efficiency of the compressor is increased.
