Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising at least one aqueous phase containing (i) at least a first hydrophilic gelling agent chosen from non-starchy polysaccharides; and (ii) at least a second hydrophilic gelling agent chosen from 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid polymers and copolymers; at least one oily phase containing (a) at least a first lipophilic gelling agent chosen from amino acid-based gelling agents; and (b) at least a second lipophilic gelling agent chosen from dextrin esters; and said composition also comprising at least one UV-screening agent.
