Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising a silicone polyether elastomer, hydrogenated plant oil having an iodine value not more than about 16, a polar solvent other than a hydrogenated plant oil, and UV filter compounds. The composition of the present invention is free of C1-C3 monohydric alcohols. The invention also relates to a composition which inhibits the formation of white streaks when applied onto an end-user's wet skin.

Abstract: An aerosol oil foam composition having at least one triglyceride-based oil and at least one polyglyceryl fatty acid ester surfactant.
