Abstract: An OLED device according to an example embodiment includes an organic light-emitting element between a lower substrate and an upper substrate. At least a part of a side surface of the upper substrate has a reverse-tapered shape configured to reduce damage to the lower substrate caused by deformation of the upper substrate due to an external impact. Accordingly, reliability issues resulting from a short circuit or burnt lines due to the deformation of the upper substrate may be resolved, improving overall reliability and productivity of an OLED device.

Abstract: A light emitting display device includes a lower substrate, a thin film transistor on the lower substrate, a passivation layer disposed on the thin film transistor and including hydrogen, an overcoating layer disposed on the passivation layer and planarizing the passivation layer, a light emitting element disposed on the overcoating layer and including an anode, a light emitting layer on the anode, and a cathode on the light emitting layer, a bank disposed on the overcoating layer and defining a light emitting area, an adhesive layer on the light emitting element and the bank, and a hydrogen absorbing layer disposed on the adhesive layer and including a hydrogen absorbing filler, wherein a side end of the bank is disposed more inwardly than side ends of the adhesive layer and the hydrogen absorbing layer, wherein the side ends of the adhesive layer and the hydrogen absorbing layer are disposed more inwardly than a side end of the overcoating layer.

Abstract: Discussed is a display device including an array substrate having a display area, a non-display area positioned outside the display area, a light-emitting array, and a sealing structure disposed on the array substrate, wherein the sealing structure seals the light-emitting array, and fixes a plate-shaped reinforcing substrate facing toward the sealing structure to the array substrate, wherein the sealing structure includes a first adhesive layer facing toward the array substrate, a second adhesive layer facing toward the reinforcing substrate, and a barrier layer disposed between the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer.
