Abstract: An apparatus includes a plurality of pixels on a substrate; a gate driver disposed outside of the plurality of pixels; a common voltage line disposed outside both of the gate driver and the plurality of pixels, the common voltage line having a first cross-sectional width; a dam structure configured to surround the plurality of pixels and disposed on at least a portion of the common voltage line, the dam structure having a second cross-sectional width narrower than the first cross-sectional width; a first inorganic encapsulation layer configured to cover the plurality of pixels, the gate driver, the common voltage line and the dam structure; a cover layer disposed on the first inorganic encapsulation layer and configured to be surrounded by the dam structure; and a second encapsulation layer disposed on the first encapsulation layer and the cover layer.

The organic light emitting device includes: an organic light emitting element layer in an active area; and an encapsulation layer covering the organic light emitting element layer. The display device including a first substrate, a display part on the first substrate, an encapsulation part covering the display part and at least two inorganic material-containing layers.
