    Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a display device, a test circuit, and a test method thereof. More specifically, a display device may include a silicon substrate having a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of sensing lines, and a pixel array on which a plurality of subpixels are arranged; a test circuit arranged on the silicon substrate, the test circuit configured to select at least one line of the plurality of data lines or the plurality of sensing lines, to convert a signal transmitted through the selected line into a digital signal, and to output test data; and a test pad unit configured to output the test data to a circuit outside the silicon substrate.

    Abstract: A display device, by detecting a subpixel which is a defect by using an electronic fuse electrically connected to a driving transistor disposed on a subpixel and performing a repair, a display device being capable of detecting a defect and repairing by a circuit driving of the subpixel can be provided. Thus, even in the case that a repair by a physical method is not possible according to types of the display device, by detecting a defect of the subpixel and performing a repair, an image quality deterioration due to the defect of the subpixel can be prevented.

    Abstract: A gate driver, a data driver, and a display apparatus including the gate driver and the data driver, may enable a resolution of each region of a display panel to be changed. The gate driver may include a gate resolution control signal output device outputting gate resolution control signals; a gate pulse generating device generating gate pulses to be output to gate lines; and a gate line selection device selecting gate lines, to which the gate pulses output from the gate pulse generating device are to be transferred, on the basis of the gate resolution control signals. The gate pulse generating device includes gate stages generating the gate pulses. The gate line selection device includes gate serial switches; and gate parallel switches. The gate serial switches respectively connect the gate stages to the gate lines, and each of the gate parallel switches connects two adjacent gate lines.

    Abstract: A micro-display device comprises a silicon substrate in which a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of emission signal lines, and a plurality of subpixels are disposed; a gate driver circuit disposed on a first side of a pixel array to drive the plurality of gate lines; an emission driver circuit driving the plurality of emission signal lines and disposed on a second side of the pixel array different from the first side of the pixel array where the gate driver circuit is disposed; a data driver circuit disposed on a third side of the pixel array to drive the plurality of data lines; a memory storing duty data regarding duty ratios of an emission signal applied to the plurality of emission signal lines; and a control circuit controlling signals applied to the gate driver circuit, the data driver circuit and the emission driver circuit, wherein the control circuit is set to have different emission times with respect to subpixels connected to the plurality of emission signal lines according to the duty data stored in the memory.
