    Abstract: A display device is disclosed that includes an insulating layer located on a substrate. The insulating layer includes a plurality of concave portions which are located in a plurality of subpixels. An area of a first concave portion disposed in a first subpixel among the plurality of subpixels is larger than an area of a second concave portion disposed in a second subpixel among the plurality of subpixels. A plurality of lens parts are located on the insulating layer, and include a first lens part corresponding to the first concave portion and a second lens part corresponding to the second concave portion. It is possible to provide a display device capable of improving light extraction efficiency.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an autostereoscopic 3D display device for minimizing luminance difference in a view as well as a luminance difference between views. The 3D display device includes a display panel including pixels and a black matrix including openings exposing portions of the pixels, each of the pixels including a pixel electrode including a plurality of first fingers and a common electrode including a plurality of second fingers disposed between the first fingers, and a 3D optical plate disposed on a front surface or a rear surface of the display panel. At least two adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction have different shapes exposed by the plurality of openings.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an autostereoscopic 3D display device for minimizing luminance difference in a view as well as a luminance difference between views.
