Abstract: Discussed is a display device that can include a substrate including an active area and a non-active area adjacent to the active area, the active area including plurality of sub pixels of at least one pixel, a plurality of light emitting diodes disposed in the plurality of sub pixels, respectively, and including a first electrode and a second electrode, respectively, a plurality of transistors disposed in the plurality of sub pixels, respectively, a plurality of reflection plates disposed below the plurality of light emitting diodes in the plurality of sub pixels, respectively, an insulating layer disposed on the plurality of reflection plates. The plurality of reflection plates respectively include a first part overlapping a contact hole of the insulating layer and a second part extending from the first part, and the first part and the second part include different materials from each other.
