    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate provided with a first subpixel and a second subpixel; a first electrode provided on the substrate, including a first sub electrode provided on the first subpixel and a second sub electrode provided on the second subpixel; a transparent electrode including a first transparent electrode provided to cover the first sub electrode and a second transparent electrode provided to cover the second sub electrode; an organic light emitting layer including a first organic light emitting layer arranged on the first transparent electrode and a second organic light emitting layer arranged on the second transparent electrode; a second electrode arranged on the organic light emitting layer; a first bank provided between the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode to partition the first subpixel and the second subpixel from each other; and a first color filter arranged to correspond to the first subpixel.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate including an emission area and a non-emission area surrounding the emission area, a planarization layer formed on the substrate, a light emitting device disposed on the planarization layer, and including an anode electrode, and a separation layer disposed to be spaced apart from the anode electrode on the planarization layer, wherein the planarization layer is formed to overlap at least a portion of the non-emission area and includes a trench portion formed by removing at least a portion of the planarization layer, the trench portion at least partially overlaps an end of each of the anode electrode and the separation layer in the non-emission area, the light emitting device further including a light emitting layer and a cathode electrode sequentially formed on the anode electrode, and the light emitting layer and the cathode electrode are discontinuously formed in the trench portion.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electroluminescence display having ultra-high resolution. The present disclosure, an electroluminescence display according to the present disclosure comprises: a first bank having a first height and a second bank having a second height less than the first height for defining an emission area on a substrate; an anode electrode disposed at the emission area; a light emitting layer disposed on the anode electrode in the emission area; a cathode electrode disposed on the light emitting layer; a first protective layer disposed on the cathode electrode; and a dummy light emitting layer disposed on the second bank. The cathode electrode is disposed on the dummy light emitting layer on the second bank excepting the first bank.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an organic light emitting diode display device including: first to third color filter layers disposed corresponding to red, green, and blue sub-pixels, respectively; and a fourth color filter layer alternately arranged including a color layer having the same color as any one of the first to third color filter layers in a white sub-pixel in each of a plurality of pixels, and having a smaller height than the first to third color filter layers. Additional color filter layers may also be included. The display device of the present disclosure has lower reflectance and enhanced black color expression.
