    Abstract: Disclosed are an organic light emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same, which reduce a loss of light emitted from an organic light emitting device, increase a lifetime of the organic light emitting device, and decrease consumption power of the organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device includes a first electrode disposed on a first substrate, a bank disposed on the first electrode for dividing a plurality of emission parts, an organic light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode and the bank, a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer, and an encapsulation layer disposed on the second electrode. The encapsulation layer fills a space between adjacent banks, and a refractive index of the bank is lower than a refractive index of the organic light emitting layer and a refractive index of the encapsulation layer.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display panel having a front area and a side area, a main body supporting the display panel, an auxiliary member arranged inside the main body, and a semi-transmissive mirror arranged between the auxiliary member and the front area, wherein the side area of the display panel may be arranged inside the main body to face the semi-transmissive mirror. Since an image partially emitted from the display panel may be reflected toward the front area, auxiliary members such as a camera, an illumination sensor, and a proximity sensor may be arranged inside the main body (or below a display) to embody a full screen display, whereby a user's satisfaction may be enhanced and a manufacturing process may be simplified.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate with a first subpixel and a second subpixel; a first electrode on the substrate, including a first sub electrode provided on the first subpixel and a second sub electrode on the second subpixel; an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode; a second electrode on the organic light emitting layer; a first bank between the first sub electrode and the second sub electrode to partition the first subpixel and the second subpixel from each other; and a light absorption portion inside each of the first sub electrode and the second sub electrode to absorb external light. The first sub electrode includes a reflective metal to cover the light absorption portion. The reflective metal and the second electrode emit light emitted from the organic light emitting layer to the substrate by reflecting the light emitted from the organic light emitting layer.
