Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electroluminescent display device comprising a lower substrate, an insulating layer and subpixels. The insulating layer is positioned on the lower substrate subpixels. The subpixels are positioned on the insulating layer and include light emitting diodes comprising at least two light emitting layers emitting different colors. The subpixels includes a first subpixel in which only one light emitting layer of the at least two light emitting layers emits light and a second subpixel in which both of two light emitting layers of the at least two light emitting layers emit light.

Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes a substrate having a first subpixel and a second subpixel, which are adjacent to each other, a first electrode provided in each of the first subpixel and the second subpixel on the substrate, a trench including a first trench and a second trench, which are provided to be spaced apart from each other at a boundary between the first subpixel and the second subpixel on the substrate, a light emitting layer provided on the first electrode and provided in the first subpixel, the second subpixel and a boundary between the first subpixel and the second subpixel, and a second electrode provided on the light emitting layer, wherein a first portion of the light emitting layer is discontinuous in the first trench and the second trench, a second portion of the light emitting layer is discontinuous in the first trench and is continuous in an area overlapped with the second trench, and a third portion of the light emitting layer is continuous in an area overlapping with the first trench and the second trench.

Abstract: A personal immersive device for virtual reality and/or augmented reality and a display thereof are disclosed. The personal immersive device comprises a plurality of subpixels arranged in a matrix on the substrate; a planarization film applied over an entire surface of a substrate; color filters and light-emitting elements disposed in the respective subpixels, over the planarization film; and an imaging lens that is smaller in size than the substrate and spaced a given distance apart from the substrate, wherein, in the first side area and second side area, the light-emitting elements are misaligned from the color filters.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device can include a substrate; a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate; a plurality of anodes corresponding to the plurality of pixels, respectively; an organic light emitting layer disposed on the plurality of anodes; a cathode layer disposed on the organic light emitting layer; and a step difference compensation layer partitioning at least two adjacent pixels among the plurality of pixels, in which the step difference compensation layer includes a base layer, and a plurality of spike patterns disposed on the base layer, the plurality of spike patterns including protrusions that extend into at least a portion of the organic light emitting layer in a region between the at least two adjacent pixels.
