    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting device thereof are provided, each including a first compound represented by following structure, a second compound as a p-type host and a third compound as an n-type host in an emitting material layer. As a result, the organic light emitting diode and the organic light emitting device have advantages in the driving voltage, the luminous efficiency and the lifespan. The organic light emitting device includes the organic light emitting diode and can be a display device or a lighting device.

    Abstract: A touch display device can include a plurality of light-emitting elements disposed on a substrate, each light-emitting element including an emission area having a plurality of vertices. The touch display device can further include an encapsulation unit disposed on the plurality of light-emitting elements, and a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on the encapsulation unit so as to surround the emission area. Each of the plurality of touch electrodes can have a mesh structure configured to surround the emission area, and surfaces of the each of the plurality of touch electrodes facing the plurality of vertices of the emission area can be formed in a rounded shape. A distance from a peripheral edge of the emission area to a corresponding touch electrode can be substantially same in each of the plurality of light-emitting elements.

    Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes a substrate including a first pixel column and a second pixel column that respectively include first pixels and second pixels arranged in a first direction and respectively have a first width and a second width in a second direction, wherein the second pixel column is positioned in the second direction from the first pixel column, and the second width is greater than the first width; a light emitting diode in each first pixel and each second pixel and including a first electrode, a light emitting layer and a second electrode; a first bank positioned between adjacent first pixels and between adjacent second pixels and covering an edge of the first electrode; a second bank positioned between the first and second pixel columns; and a first partition wall across the second pixel column along the first direction and positioned on the first electrode.
