Abstract: Discussed is a touch display device including a substrate, a plurality of subpixels on the substrate, each subpixel including an emission area having a plurality of vertices, an encapsulation layer on the plurality of subpixels, and a plurality of touch electrodes on the encapsulation layer. The plurality of touch electrodes have mesh structure to surround the emission area. At least one of the touch electrodes includes a first electrode portion extending in a first direction, a second electrode portion extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a third electrode portion at an intersection of the first and second electrode portions. A width of the third electrode portion increases from the first electrode portion to a center portion of the third electrode.

Abstract: A touch display device can include a plurality of light-emitting elements disposed on a substrate, each light-emitting element including an emission area having a plurality of vertices. The touch display device can further include an encapsulation unit disposed on the plurality of light-emitting elements, and a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on the encapsulation unit so as to surround the emission area.
