    Abstract: A display device includes a lower substrate which includes an active area including a plurality of sub pixels and a non-active area enclosing the active area and is formed of one of transparent conducting oxide and an oxide semiconductor layer, a rigid unit in the non-active area to enclose the active area on the lower substrate, an insulating layer on the lower substrate and the rigid unit, a cathode on the insulating layer, and an encapsulation substrate on the cathode. Accordingly, the rigid unit is disposed in an outer peripheral area of the display device to improve the rigidity of the outer peripheral area.

The organic pattern contacts the anisotropic conductive film in an area corresponding to the pad unit.

    Abstract: According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area including a pad area extending from the display area and made of any one of transparent conducting oxides and oxide semiconductors. Also, the display device includes a plurality of inorganic insulating layers disposed on the substrate and a plurality of flexible films whose one ends are bonded to the pad area. The plurality of inorganic insulating layers overlaps the plurality of flexible films, and does not overlap an area between the plurality of flexible films. Therefore, according to one example of the present disclosure, a part of the plurality of inorganic insulating layers where cracks are likely to occur can be removed from the pad area. As such, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of cracks and improve reliability of the display device.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel; a back cover disposed on a rear surface of the display panel to support the display panel; a roller disposed on a rear surface of the back cover, wherein the display panel and the back cover are wound around or unwound from the roller; a support bar disposed on a front surface of the display panel and fastened to the display panel and the back cover through fastening means; and at least one anti-shift means disposed on the rear surface of the back cover and fastened to a fastening groove of the roller when the display panel and the back cover are wound around the roller. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent cracks in the pad area and damages to the flexible film, thereby solving the issues of driving failure and reliability of the display panel.
